DK Transformers Ultimate Guide <-- The title is linked! Good: Great drawing of Primus in robot mode (p. 53) and other DW pics. Bad: Something called the "Ultimate Guide" should have at least mentioned Machine Wars and not had pictures of mis-transformed toys that any 9 year old could have figured out. Ugly: I paid $$$$$ for this??? Any REAL TF guide by a "True Fan" would be as thick as a phone book and cost lots of money... or at least come in installments. :tdown

Me, it reminds me of when I was a kid, and spent hours with my friends playing with them. And now its a great way to forget about how crapy your day was and just get lost in Cybertron. :tflaugh And yes I do I spread em out all over the livingroom floor and have battles. :tfgrin

I read alot of people dissing some toys because they were bricks. I'm just interested in how any of you did battle with them. Poseability is only an issue for display purposes in my opinion. I grew up with G1 and they are clearly limited in the pose department but it was never an issue. As long as they could hold a gun and point it or grapple with an opponent, then they're OK. A group of Autobots rolls out to thwart the plans of Decepticon mastermind. Autobots show up (usually a commando of 10) and transform for battle within a minute. No posing just dukin in out. No 3 minute transform for each either. Back in my day, it was fun this way, how bout you?

My earlier post seems to have struck a nerve with anyone who reads it. What was said was true in any situation. Glad to know that there are some people who will respond to you no matter what. Thank you everyone.

As well as Binaltech, Im a complete sucker for gesaults... Is there anywhere/anyone that has a list of gesaults? Ideally i'd like it in txt format with a title of the combined form + list of small bots. EG: Devastator hook longhaul scavenger etc.. G1 (green purple) or G2 (yellow) look out for cheap KO's Now that would rock... and i could start scaring my self on how much i am missing... Thanks

Is it any wander that any and all of us who love transformers have found ways to gripe about which line is the best and worst? Case in point, when Remy put a picture of what three(3) robots would look like combined together just about everybody was trashing G1, Armada, or Energon. Only a few people talked about the toy. This post comes two to four days after the picture was put on the board. The sad fact is that someone has to come by and talk trash about everybody or everything(no names are mentioned in order to protect the depths of stupidity that one person can say or do in matters such as this, or the fact that the person is perhaps not even worth mentioning here…

I just picked up the hard cover edition book by Dreamwave called TF Gen 1. Its all black except for TF Gen 1 Hardcover which is in red along with a red image of Optimus Prime on the cover. I really havent had the chance to read and look through it yet but the manager at my local comic store said its a knockout for comic book readers because of the Dreamwave art and story lines. He said the book contains the first two volumes of the TF Dreamwave comic line. At first I wasnt going to buy it because they wanted 50 bucks for the damn thing but the manager gave me 20% off so I picked it up. I saw this book going for a big amount on on Ebay so I guess I got a good deal on it. …
