OK I am pretty geeky about all things TF (save the RETCON War Within style comics) so much so that I rarely discuss in too much detail otherwise I peeve myself off. The question is, I have heard from numerous sources that teh original toy was intended to be a FEMALE bot is that true?? Amd can anyone provide a link to information similar?

I was wondering which Prime and Megatron should I buy when they are released :tfhuh

I'm gonna get another spring for Megatron's arm, but I don't know what kind or size I should be looking for, can someone help me out and let me know what I should get? I don't mind that he has a spring in the wrong arm, I kinda like the left arm as it is, but I wanted a spring for the right arm.

So... I just noticed, based on a hunch based on a vague memory, that Peter Cullen and Frank Welker were voices on Gobots as well. And the Botcon exclusive BugByte has me thinking... I realize this show wasn't great but would it be so bad to see a few of the major characters/toys (Leader-1, Turbo, Tux, Scooter, Cy-Kill) integrated into Transformers? That's the kind of repaint I wouldn't mind... and it seems to me like a Gobots/Transformers comic crossover would be a nice way to get the nostalgia market back in for a sales spike. And, y'know, they could even get rid of most of the Gobots but it seems to me like Leader-1 and Cy-Kill, at least could have a …

I DON'T LIKE IT! I understand wanting to post a point of view that is outside the base of the fandom, I respect those opinions, especially when it comes to the movie. But it seems that this new trend has become the first line of defense in the justification of an argument. Do any of you really care that my girl friend love grimlock in the cartoon? Is that a suitable argument to why intelligent grimlock is ghey? No.

My brother was reading the paper literally five minutes ago and came to me and handed me an article titled "Toys transformed a generation of boys". The top of the article has a photo of Ben Yee with G1 Fort Max, and Leader Class Prime and Megatron in his arms, in front of his massive 3,000+ piece TF collection. Anyways, there's a comment in there by Brian Savage (most of us know who he is, but for those who don't, he's the one that kind of runs the Transformers Collectors Club), that after July 4, there'll be a whole lot more Transformers fans. I purchase the sneak preview protoform Optimus Prime the other day, it is a brilliant toy. The vehicle form is a bit odd, but it works ok. But the robot mode is excellant! I think the design is far better than the actual movie Op design. I think there should be a voyager of this design. Anyone else think so?

Is Robo-vision prime going to be the only Voyager, or will they release the different coloured one we saw pics of a while back at a later time? I just prefer that color scheme, so I don't want to buy Robo-Vision if I don't need to. I've been busy with work a lot lately, so I haven't been keeping up to speed with a lot of things :redface
