  1. Well, I was inspired by the Ultra Magnus (that was, in turn, inspired by my E Prime kitbash :P) to possibly add Bendy Prime's forearms to the mix, so I re-edited my original digibash to see how it would look. I -think- I scaled the Bendy Prime arms to the right size (they ended up rather small when I pasted 'em from one of Remy's pics (thanks yet again, Remy! :thumb), so.. Anyway, I wanted to see what you guys thought of it, so here he is:

ok this was pretty much a strait forward redeco. I was to a local flea market over the weekend, and a found a guy selling microman figures (no batmans though :tfmad) I went digging thrue his micromen, and found one called "Skymaster Hayate" His head bore a strong resymbalance to kickers so naturally a snached it up. It was only 3 bucks come on. I got Hayate home, decapatated him. I then found a pic of kicker with out his helmet on, and went to town painting. I'm not as happy as i could be with the colors, but i didnt feel like going out to buy new paint. umm sorry for the small burrly pics. He was a pain to photograph. The digi-cam I'm barrowing just isnt up to such de…

Hello all! I’ve got an all-new version of ULTRA MAGNUS (Dreamwave Style). It’s based on the Action Master Prime and I must say he looks sweet. He even comes with a custom Optimus Prime-style gun! If you really dig him, I’ve got 10 of them up for auction on eBay! The auction ends on December 9. I have a few other new custom PVCs too. Check out HURRICANRANA and LOWLIGHT. Plus, MACH ONE, a tribute to my first car, is online as well. :clap

  6. This was the third one I had done using a excess tuners body kit and grape pear pactra paint. I used plastic weld to adhere the parts to Smokescreen and used nail polish remover for the decals. Tried to give him a Skywarp type of feel. Pic#1.

  7. Started by DKFD3S,

So I found a RHD Silverstreak Alternator but I don't really want two apparently identical Silverstreaks on my shelf so I'm thinking I'm going to make Bluestreak. I'd like your input on which version to do. My options are keep him silver and spray the hood black like in the G1 cartoon which is very simple to do ... or I could take him apart and do the original Diaclone scheme, blue body with silver hood. I'm a little more excited to do the Diaclone scheme ... and fear not I'm an excellence repainter having already done versions of Prowl, Sunstreaker, Red alert and a purple Meister (for my girlfriend) that make my brother drool. (I just don't have a digicam and I haven'…

  8. I was at the arts&crafts store called Michael's today. They sell gold and silver leaf for embossing on things. In that same section I found gold and silver leaf paint markers. I might buy one the next time I go there. I ask this because, if the silver leaf one goes on shiny enough, I might use that to paint the side mirrors on my Alt. Jazz.

  9. Started by Furious George,

I'm think of making a Yamaguchi style TF, anyone got opinions on the project? Does anyone even know what I'm talking about? I'm interested in the types of joints Katsuhisa Yamaguchi used and how they are placed together. All your help will be greatly appreiciated. Here's a pic of supposedly Yamaguchi TF's. I think the modeller did a horrible job though. I don't want to make prime or meg though.

Ok, so we all know that Cliffjumper, Bumblebee, and Bumper, Bumblehjumper, whaterver are all based off of Penny Racer toys. But, with the penny racer re-issues sitting on the shelves at TRU and Walgreens, has anyone tried to graft one of those bodies onto a junker or keychain minibot to make their own? They have a pack of penny racers with a Mitsubishi montero, Nissan Pulsar and Mazda RX-7 and Im real tempted to give it a shot. I've always liked the superdeformed minibots for some stupid reason and would like to see some new blood. Looks like if you cut off the front clip and graft in the screw posts and sliding mechanism from the original, the rest of the body is ea…
