Upgrades

I am planning to make a transformer from an yf-22 jetfighter. but the problem is that it's my first project ever, and since you guys have lots of experience with this things i want to ask for your help, suggestions are also very welcome. let me know what you think of it. the main problem is that i wan't to make the transformation a lot nicer then the old seekerjets, it's about the same size

it's really just a new paint scheme, no cutting or welding. it's not 100% G1 accurate, but i think it fit's the theme of the first one really well. now ravage has an old school buddy to hang with.

I have plans for two customs using the Energon Hot Shot mold, one the regular, and one the Energon Hot Shot fig. Here's the plan. I'm going to take the yellow feet from the Energon Hot Shot, and put it on the regular Hot Shot, and the same with the heads, I'll switch them, but first I need a new regular Hot Shot head, anybody got one, somehow mine got lost :tfhuh :tfhuh :tfhuh . Anyhow, I'm going to leave Energon Hot Shot as is, I just think the paint job is so cool, and I'm going to switch the arms as well. I took the Energon Megatron from the TRU exclusive Japanese 2 pack and remade him into what I think he should have looked like from the beginning. A Generation One Energon Galvatron. I used Sculpey (for the first time), sandpaper, razors, dye, spraypaint, testors paint, blood, curse words, tears, and a lot of love and patience. I've been using SureShot well before I got back into TFs... and when I saw headmaster sureshot I was appauled... so I have been planning this for quiet some time. The orange is not as light as I wanted (because I painted smokescreen)... but I think it turned out pretty good. enjoy!

I was wondering if anyone has ever done a cartoon accurate Skyfire, if so, I would love to see some pics. I dont mean someone trying to dress up a Robotech MPC as Jetfire, but a cartoon accurate Syfire

the chrome on my BW transmetals has faded, as after time most tf's fade neway.... but I know how to get the chrome look, just dont know what shade to use. I know tamiya makes clear colors, but how well do they mix? If anyone knows..... and secondly, im going for TM cheetor yellow/gold, and the rampage/ tarantulas redish-orange color. Thanks for the tips guys.

has anyone bashed a alternator hound to look like g1 hound, or has anyone made his missile launcher that fits on his shoulder?
