  1. Started by masterminicon,

I was fiddling around with BWX Rhinox today, and I got to thinking since most of the toys from the later G2 to present have some decent posability, unlike most of G1, what would happen if Rhinox had gotten ahold of some Nucleon and infused it in himself. The result, a new type of Action Master. But this type of Action Master is kind of neat. I just unsrewed his waist so I could take off the tabs that held on his Rhino hide, the top of his rhino head, and the rhino eyes (between shoulders and body) and left the mouth so that it's evident that he's still rhino-ish, kind of like how it was obvious that AM Bumblebee still had some VW Beetle in him. Some pics,Â…

  2. Started by The Librarian,

Well, I'll probably be kicked off the board for this, but I happen to quite like Energon Wideload. No, really. (And I do mean Wideload, not his bright blue mistake of a brother, Duststorm) Anyway, during my quest for the all green Devestator (that's Constructicon Maximus for Hasbro's benefit) I was toying about with my twin Wideloads when I suddenly noticed that it was possible to join them together. You just have to remove the crane from one and the hand from another and they plug together perfectly. So, with a bit of practice, a bit of lego, some spare stickers and a few strips of double-sided sticky tape, I give you: Rack n’ Ruin Whilst the Decepticon…

  4. Started by masterminicon,

I think for anybody who's done the obvious modification to Cyb Excellion to Cyb Hot Rod which most of us, including myself will be doing, would you be willing to provide instructions, and if possible, possible images to accompany said instruction. Reason for asking is simple. I've heard the hardest part is the springs that hold the wings in and stuff and how easily they fly out and have to be found before modding can continue.

  5. Started by Rodimus Minor,

There were a ton of characters who only showed up in the ACTION MASTERS line. I wonder if anyone here had ever kitbashed transforming versions of these characters...? Or knows of any sites where people had done this? Some of them had pretty obvious alt modes intended and it seems like a cool mine of G1 characters to give the transforming treatment to...

  6. Started by Rodimus Minor,

I know the picture quality isn't GREAT. What I did: I swapped out the transluscent yellow wings and headlights from Hot Shot onto Excellion. Sounds simple but MAN the springs are tricky to reassemble. I also swapped out the engines while I was in there. Finally, I swapped out the arms. The Hot Shot tires are a bit more blue but I'll eventually swap them in there's a good way too. If not, it's really not too noticable. The red is slightly off but since Excellion already uses several shades of red, it doesn't stand out too badly.

  7. ive always hated the when i saw the side view of alt hound and swindle, i didnt like the front and hood sticking out so far, and i also didnt care for the front tires dangling by his their hips and so i did something about it i also folded the hip section down, which makes the taller, and lines up their 'spine' better

  8. Started by TFmaster,

...I've been sitting on this idea for awhile and just don't know if I want to do it or not. I look at Alternators as a vehical line more then anything. I just have this itch to repaint Cybertron Megatron into Alt Unicron.... ...is it weird of me to imagine this? Just think how bad azz it would look in vehical and robot modes next to other alts... ...What do you guys think? TFM

  9. Started by FreedomGundam,

I know this has been done to death, but it really sucked that the Binaltech line got both white and red Meisters while the Alternators line gets only the white one. So this is the first of my own personal sub-line of Alternators: the "Too Cheap To Import The Japanese Version" line. :thumb Box Shot: Closeup of the box: Front/Back: Alt Mode front: Alt Mode Back: Comparison shot with the regular white Alt Meister: Mandatory action shot: Red Pepper Krylon Fusion is my new best friend. The paintjob could've been smoother at some parts, but this is my first Alt repaint. Cut me some slack. :P Hope you all like it. Comments and…
