Upgrades

I read somewhere that there was a new and better way or at least a different way to transform alt. Skids. Or that there was a step left out of his transformation. A new way to do his neck/spine area......but I cannot fid where I read it, can anyone plz. tell me?

Got a model kit. Got a Alt Wheeljack. Made a digibash of what it could look like. Think I should try it.

I grabbed an extra DS this morning. After thinking about my adopted Diaclone variant, and making the G1 custom car the match box car the action master and even the decoy I decided that the world needs a Marlboor version of Downshift. The head sculpt will be the most fun. Now that I think of it...maybe I should make the PVC version as well...

ok, you may think this is ghey, but i think it's cool. took about 2 hours to mask off, 3 minutes to paint, and about 5 seconds to rip the tape off.

ive only shown a few of my customs and most of them have been starscreams. sorry i wish i could say it was the last but im going to do tru twopack starscream in wwi colors. hope you like him. and by the way i wouldent reccomend changing his head that was a pain in the butt. anywho evac with a minor repaint of his head would make a great optimal optimus custom.

last night while on a rather succeful toy hunt I found (among other things) a cybertron shortround. He's anoher one of those usa exclusive molds. Anyway I really like him, and he's a great hommage to sea spray. the only problems are of course his factions, and color scheme. I had a few minuets to kill so i snapped a quick photo of him and my g2 seaspray (I dont have a g1) and with a little toying around in photo shop I came up with this. what do you think. Also i know I didnt bother to erase his con logo but meh. i slapped this out in like 10 minuets what do you want? a Picaso??

I posted picts of the digibash I started quite some time ago, well today I got it very close to being done...sort of. To explain, I took a Unicron, and bashed it to look like the classic Diaclone base known as Great Robot Base or GRB. Changed the head to have adjustable guns, and the whole thing swings around to make the gun platform (like GRB) Eyes still light up, and will have the sculpt and paint job completed soon. Chest was gutted and hollowed out to make the command center, like GRB. Still working on that, might make a chair for a minicon to sit, or a diaclone driver, or a launch pad for a little jet... i dont know if it would be possible to bash him into a masterpiece style galvatron figure. but i think it could come pretty damn close for the most part. heres my idea for those sholder pauldrons they would have to be built on a set of hinges and in such a way that they could fold up onto the back when the figure is transformed to it's alternate mode of a laser cannon. they could probably be salvaged from a loose junker energon megatron figure, the large one that is. for the lower arms the parts that fold behind them would have to be detached and built onto the back of the laser cannon and modified in such a way that they could tab into place over the hands w…
