Toys

Nert nert whirr click! What would Transformers be without toys? Share the love of all things plastic and die-cast in here.

  1. Started by Bodycount,

Yup...with more observations, I'm convinced that E-Downshift is a stronger homage in design to his G1 counterpart that Wheeljack. The only thing that he has that Wheejlack has are the paint colors, striped mouthplate, and ears...every other single detail on that toy is from Downshift, right down to the car mode. Also with G1 Wheeljack's helmet, he never had such strong crests and designs. I was curious to where they come from on the Energon Downshift toy. I now realize they are also from G1 Downshift...the Wheeljack homage is narrowing. It's looking to me that the name "Downshift" is perfectly fitting considering if you removed the red and green paint aps, he'd just about…

Quick question, does anybody open their E-hobby transformers, or do you guys leave them sealed in the box so they will be worth something one day? Because even though I have the Blaster re-issue, I am tempted to open Twincast right now.

The Top Ten Transformers of 2006!!! It's that time again! Another year has come and gone and so has many new Transformers products. 2006 saw new additions to the Cybertron series including: the much anticipated Primus! There were few Alternators released this year but the ones that were, were top notch! One of the most exciting new product lines was the introduction of the Transformers Classics! This gave every Generation One fanboy a chance to relive their youth with new sculpts of established characters. To increase the Transformers palette, Hasbro also released the Titanium collectors lines. Both in 3" collectibles and 6" heavy metal robots! Overall, besides the l…

So while playing with my new toys C.D.Scattershot and C.Soundwave. I've come to realize that C.D.Scattershot has to be one the best portioned TF toys that I've come across. On the other hand C.Soundwave, well to be nice sucks. I also like the fact that C.D.Scattershot has a simple transformation and doesn't require a real thought process that would take away from his fun factor. I regret passing him up 3 times earlier but now that I have him, he is a definite keeper.

  7. I know a lot of us would rush out and buy these today if they were available. Would you sign a petition to Hasbro to get these earlier? And do you think such a petition would work? Ex

  8. Started by Devil Mazinkaiser,

This is the second time this has happened. The first was when I purchased an Energon Galvatron at Wal Mart when it was first released, and it rang up as $10.00 at the register instead of the $34.99 that it should have cost. This time, I picked up Alternators Ravage and it rang up $6.00! ($6.42 including tax) :thumb No Rumbles at all, and no other Alts on the shelf at the time. Just wondering how this happens.... mind you, I am not complaining - just curious.

  9. Just want to see how people feel after several of us "saw the light" on Prowl.

  10. Started by Hot Rod,

Yesterday I had to perform an act so vile and so shameful, that I am considering renouncing my Mod ship here at TFans. I.... I.... had to box away some of my collection last night! I keep all my Tf's in a large computer cabinet, the kind with the double doors and multible shelves inside. It's roughly 5.5' x 3.5' x 3' deep.... pretty big. I am sad to say that it was packed to the brim with all my TF's. Well after looking at the awesomeness that is the coming Galaxy Force line, I realized that I had no more room in my cabinet :eek So i made a tough choice... I bought some plastic bins and started going through my TF's looking for those that i felt i could live with…
