Hi fans, I just bought a Takara G1 Reissue Astrotrain from ebay. The seller stated that it is Mib and the box has only been opened to check the contents in it. Anyway i transform the shuttle into robot mode for checking purposes and it seems the legs are very loose. It is so loose that he can't really stand straight at all. His legs gets tilted/bended and pushed slightly inwards once you leave him standing by itself. This is kinda strange since he looks absolutely mint. Therefore i was wondering if there's any of you out there with the new Astrotrain having loose legs problem. I knew I had a lot of stuff to begin with but more accumulates weekly! Kudos to all you guys out there who keeps stuff MIP/MIB because I am running out of space FAST and I leave them out of package! So, who else has this problem and what strategies do you have to resolve it?

I've heard of several people getting Alt. Sunstreakers and Skidses, are they actually out yet? Bear in mind I live in a place where it takes some time for new Alts. to hit but Cybertron's always out quickly

A while back Walmart started offering the Japanese Kotobukiya pre-painted star wars model kits. Today they are offering Toynami Masterpiece Robotech and Voltron figures, although these are originally American market products. But, it would be kinda cool if Walmart.com started offering other Japanese imports such as Takara's reissues, or at least the ones that pass the safety tests. That would be something huh? Fair market reissue prices without paying for international shipping. Perhaps I should write them a letter. -Sevenbelow2001

This may have been asked and discussed before, however it has been bothering me for a while. Why is Hasbro unable to give a release date for specific Alternators like Takara can for their Binaltechs? For instance, Skids just came out and he did come out in Japan on his 11/19 release date. I just got mine today because it takes time for them to trickle to the states. So, anyone know why hasbro can not give at least an estimated date? Whenever I email them and ask, they give a generic blah blah answer. I am wanting to know how much longer for the alt skids and sunstreaker.

it doesn't look anything like G1 Pepsi Prime. G1 PP was just a regular G1 Prime with a sticker on the box, which was otherwise indenticle to the box that the regular Prime came in. there was also a much rarer "international" version that had large stickers on the sides of the trailer to make it look like the kind of trailers that real life trucks haul Pepsi around in. unless the new PP is based on some obscure japanese G1 promotion, i really don't think that calling it a reissue is appropriate. to me, this is just an all new promotional tie-in.

I think most people on TFans know me as the guy with the cat avatar wearing a duck hat. More importantly, I think a lot of you know me as the #1 Optimus Prime "hater." But bashing Optimus Prime is not the purpose of this thread. With "Pepsi Convoy" released, I honestly think Optimus Prime has reached a new low. What TFs do you plan to beg your parents/relatives/friends/etc. to get you for Christmas? My list is kinda short, but: Cybertronian Defense Red alert Evac BT Sunstreaker And with the inevitable Christmas spending money, I'll consider BT Skids and GF Soundwave.
