Takara G1 Reissue Astrotrain Question

Recommended Posts

Hi fans,

I just bought a Takara G1 Reissue Astrotrain from ebay. The seller stated that it is Mib and the box has only been opened to check the contents in it. Anyway i transform the shuttle into robot mode for checking purposes and it seems the legs are very loose. It is so loose that he can't really stand straight at all. His legs gets tilted/bended and pushed slightly inwards once you leave him standing by itself. This is kinda strange since he looks absolutely mint. Therefore i was wondering if there's any of you out there with the new Astrotrain having loose legs problem. I'm concerned because i'm a serious TFormers collector and i paid a lot of money for that toy and i don't wanna get knocked for a toy that has been played with. Please help, i thank you guys in advance.

K

I did pull out the leg, all the way down until it won't go further down. However, i didn't put any force in pulling it down because i wasn't sure if it will go down any further and didn't wanna break it. So you are saying that we have to pull the legs down, is there some sort of indication that it reached the maximum length? like click sound or something?
