  1. Ok, Here is the gist of my dilemma..I have found a local store that sells G1 stuff(He has 10 of everything 100% complete and all are C8 or better) and I'm gonna splurge on a few items, but the problem is I have many combonation possibilities i can do and ive narrowed it to down to 8 different ones BUT i am not sure which one to go with. So if any of you could give me a better idea of which one i should go with, would be much appreciated. Also, please no suggestions of mixing and matching, ive already done all of that. So with further more the choices are: Choice 1: Gears, Huffer, Beachcomber, Cosmos, Runabout, Pipes, Flywheels, Overkill, Slugfest, Backstreet, Dogfight…

I recall when Transformers:The Movie came out in theaters back in 1986, I put an order in for an "exclusive toy movie version of Optimus Prime." The only picture shown in the offer card was the iconic movie image of Prime in mid-air attack (you know what I'm talking about). Based on that, my expectation was that this was going to be a film-accurate, non-transforming action figure. To my disappointment, what came in the mail was your standard G1 OP, which I of course already have. Fast forward 20 years and having just received him today from BBTS, this comes closest to what I originally had my hopes set on as a 10-year-old boy. Yes most would argue that the Heroes …

Where in the blue hell do the 2 missiles go when Todal Wave is in robot mode??? Aside from putting them in his legs and praying they stay in there, how else is it done?

  4. Started by Radioactive Ravage,

I got a Masterpiece Prime a couple weeks ago (Japanese Import, if it matters), and after a week or so, his leg popped out at the pelvis. I put it back in, no problem, but it still comes out time to time. And what's worse, the other came out a few days ago as well! Do you think this is a faulty pelvis, leg, etc.? Is this natural? SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?!

in the past year, Soundwave has recieved alot of love from Hasbro/TakTomy. from Cybertron/GF figure to the Titanium figure, to the re-issue fig to the new mp3 player...is there another character outhere you wish had similar treatment. Soundwave was always one of my favs and it was great that they finally showed him some attention again. I for one am wishing they give a new focus on other characters like Shockwave (not crazy about the energon fig). If they make classic megs a blaster, why not go that rout and make Shockwave an updated "space blaster" Any thoughts?

Broke down and won him on ebay. Price w/o shipping was 24 bucks. Then ten bucks shipping brought it to a total of 34 bucks, but not too bad. Hasbro's distribution isn't even enough. I swear. I couldn't even find Sigma 6 Destro when he was supposed to be released and not even around the holiday. And now that the holidays are over, still no Destro, and some Wave 1 stuff on the shelves. Anyway, back to Jetfire. Nice. The joints are tight, the box was in perfect condition, MISB (well no longer. He's now out of box in my display case with my other Classics Autobots, but the box is with the other boxes, flattened and stored in a nice spot where the weather won't bu…

It seems like everytime Hasbro releases a tf that transforms into a truck, people fantasize about kitbashing it into Trailbreaker. AFAIK, he was pretty much a second-string character on the cartoon so why is he so popular?

  8. By the same company that brought this bruticus mix: http://www.geocities.com/anacacho_firefly/1koreviews.html I love it when bootleggers modify molds and especially when they do wild things like this, this company is making a name for itself by creating interesting mix-ups: -the gestalt combination is based on sixturbo -BUT it comes with a resized G1 optimus head and gun -the optimus comes with extra accessories to make a new figure, im wondering if the extra head/arms look familiar to anyone? what toyline are they from? -AND it comes with protectobots that have been remolded to fit sixturbo and remolded to not transform into figures -also included is a mi…

I researched for kanji on the internet and I think I found a few meanings, but I would like to know them all 'cause I'm just planning to use some on kitbashes and I dont want to use "child" or "Japan" if does not match to my project. Is anyone able to give all the translations? Thanks.
