What do you get when you mix Ridge Racer,Fast and the Furious,Samurai X and a bit of Transformer defections? Well you get a non flyer/seeker version of Skyfire/Jetfire.............now known as Drift! Contents: #1 Drift "super car" genericised Nissan whatchamacalit Silvia S15 # 2 short swords # 1 big bad@ss buster sword (reminds me of the one used by Sano from Samurai X) with the Japanese characters "Peerless" under heaven or if you like.........a warrior without equal #1 instruction sheet # 1 box/blister bubble with no more twisty ties but more like fabric fiber ties that won't scratch the fig. All robot mode mein freunds............... …

  3. Yamato, the name gives you mixed feelings when dealing with anime figures and well Macross mechs. Why the heck can they design engineering feats in the form of Valkyries and most often than not shoot themselves in the foot? After handling & comparing, I have to say he's a unique mold with the same transformation scheme, like G1 Bumblebee/Cliffjumper or G2 Smokescreen/Energon Starscream. Every part is differently shaped & proportioned from Jazz. The car mode is the tradtional police cruiser, with a red lightbar on the roof and highway patrol markings on the doors. The windows and headlights are metallic blue, and the bum…

All these figures will be reviewed starting Friday, but I'm kinda torn on where to start. So I thought it'd be fun to let you decide who gets first dibs. I'll then review successive figures based on the poll numbers. Vote now!

  8. Construct-Bots is the current effort by Hasbro to develop a building toy line around Transformers. These aim to build poseable action figures able to transform without being taken apart. Quite an engineering challenge, and then when you throw on the requirement that all the parts be interchangeable between sets, it seems like it ought to be impossible. But here we are with finished sets in hand. So, how did they do? Read the Full News Story Here
