Is there any chance that Snarl's club could fit in his mouth, in alternate mode? I'm hoping to get at least one of these new Dinobots to look like they're breathing fire. :tfevil

 

I tried that, and unfortunately, there's no easy way I could see to make him breathe carrot.

Well, Slag basically means sh!t in Transformers. That's the main reason I see for the name change. Be looks sweet and I can't wait to get him. And Jazz :drool

Yep, and Hasbro actually did quite a clever pun with the whole 'Slag' thing with that. When they made the Walmart Exclusive Dinobots, the triceratops was called 'Triceradon'. However, the toy he was packaged with was an Ankylosaurus figure called 'Slapper'. This character had never appeared in G1, and the rest of the Dinobots apart from this two-pack were all G1. Hence you had a triceratops toy packaged with a figure that had the same meaning in British slang as the G1 triceratops. Clever, no?

There was also a repaint of Beast Wars Transmetals 2 Spittor as RiD Slapper, who came with RiD Gas Skunk (TM2 Stinkbomb), and RiD Dark Scream (TM2 Nightglider).
