Earth Mode Megs is a Leader class figure with batteries and is not widely available yet. Most got theirs off ebay, paying nearly double retail price.

Yeah, I was just looking on eBay... still being sold for >$60 w/o adding in shipping... and they're usually being sold overseas.

 

So the Earth Megatron is bigger than the Cybertron one? Or just has the batteries?

^ Cybertron Megs is a Voyager class figure. Earth Megs is a Leader class figure and therefore bigger (and much better imo).

I do like Cybertron Megs robot mode... but I think his vehicle mode is pretty retarded looking. It doesn't look like anything... just a big pile of parts all lumped together.

As has been mentioned before, Leader Class Earth Mode Megs is pure pwnage. You will like that one unless you're like weird and stuff.

No Earth mode is awesome.... not that they could have done better but it's good enough for me to want it.

I didn't realize they were releasing all of these waves at once... that's pretty awesome.

 

It isn't so much that they planned on releasing waves 1 - 3 at the same time as it is OMG WE'VE HAD THESE FIGURES SITTING IN A WAREHOUSE FOR 6 MONTHS READY TO GO OMG

LOL... yeah... like someone else mentioned the show's been running for a while and they're just getting around to putting these out. And they can't even squeeze in ads for them between Polly Pocket and Bratz doll commercials. What happened to the days when they used to advertise the hell out of Transformers toys? I remember watching TF and GI joe as a kid and they'd run commercials of both unmercifully.. and they'd run the ads for the Joe comic books as well, which would usually be a precursor to the coming toys...
