I haven't read all the pages but this is highly unlikely to be a connection to the Fallen from the comics. I don't know how Hasbro and Paramount would be able to use this. Since Dreamwave is gone and I don't recall if Hasbro obtained all the rights to those comics that they published, the chances of this happening is non-existent. Not to mention that they'd probably have to get the writers that created this character in the first place to help with the design and implementation of it.

 

This obviously refers to Megatron coming back in some way. After all, they didn't destroy his body in the first film.....
