Man, this Blot is just Powerglideing terrible. I can't believe they even thought this was a good idea... Everyone involved in the making of this should be frigging ashamed of themselves. This is just a frigging ripoff of every "ZOMG AN ALTERNATE UNIVERSE WITH EVIL CLONES" story/movie/comic/whatever ever made.

It's not even ordinary. It's a ripoff of every single alternate universe filled with bad versions of good people and vise versa ever.

 

Not only that, but it's the blandest and most cliched ripoff they could have done. As much as I hate to admit it, they had a huge amount of room to play around, come up with new ideas. Instead, they half-ass. I wonder if they were trying to do something else and they wound up having to scrap it...

Pete@botcon, we are getting more of the April Fool's comic, right?

I'll retract my statements if proven false somehow(I do not have the money to attend botcon.). I'll even e-mail you personally.

 

However, I highly doubt this. Every single bit of information released on the storylines has been nothing but cliche. Not only that, but I guessed each one of them beforehand, and I've not even bothered to fully read the Botcon website.

 

Edit: You what, Pete@botcon? I'll raise the stakes. If I am proven wrong, I will go on each and every TF site you want me to, and admit it.

 

And no, I am not asking for an advance copy of the comic. I'll wait until it's been released, and read the inevitable summaries/transcriptions.

B) It seems silly to drop a "real" Transformer into the conflict. The book should show us how this universe is different by focusing on its characters and what they're doing. Anyone getting the Botcon book is going to know how things are supposed to be and pick up on even the tiniest of changes, we don't need Cliffjumper to act as "exposition tell to guy".

 

Evil Hot Rod is a sweet design, though.

 

And we wouldn't drop "any" Tf into this Universe. But the idea of this world seen through the eyes of Cliffjumper, the one Autobot who despises the Decepticons more than anyone, well, I think that makes for an awesome story...
