Other than size, are the MP Seekers really better than the Classics Seekers in any significant way?

 

perhap the most significant way mp seekers are better is price.

 

i managed to get greenscream and he makes a damn good thundercracker.

 

Walscream ss $65.00 // classics ss $10.00

Skywarp sw $120.00 // classics sw&um $20.00

greenscream tc $115.00 // botcon tc i haven't seen south of $285 in months even as an opening bid in months.

 

 

Total 3 seekers $300.00 // much more

 

 

 

 

Winner MP and me

I'm just gonna wait for an MP Thundercracker. Since I can't ever complete my Classics seeker collection thank you very much Hasbro... Why must you give with one hand and take away with the other? You shall no longer be my God. But yeah... The chances of Takara NOT doing an MP Thundercracker are kinda slim... I'm betting on him being MP-8 if the Grimlock rumours are true.

yer great figure, not much playability, but looks amazing in both modes have to be carful with it though.

 

Just wish it had more accessories.

Well I don't plan on getting a complete Classics Seeker set anyway. My actual plan is to get each Seeker as a different mold from a different line. I've already got Classics Skywarp and I'm going to be getting Animated Starscream the second he comes out. I'm not sure what to do for Thundercracker, though. There's the version of him out now based on the Jetbot from Michael Bay's Giant Robot Movie, but I think I'll just wait for the next line to come along.

Could get Cybertron Thundercracker.

 

Starscream would've benefitted greatly from more accessories. He was just incredibly underarmed compared to the other MPs, and it was a bit depressing to be honest... with his included accessories, there's no variation he can have for robot mode. It's just empty-handed, null-rays on the arms. Maybe include his cluster bombs, or something, ANYTHING to hold.

 

He should've come with a gun-mode Megatron. That would make his clip not worthless to people who don't have an MP Prime mold. Maybe a Shockwave, if the idea of multiple figures coming with the same accessory abhors you. Or just a generic pistol, like his 3 inch Titanium has.

Yeah the way it's done in that gallery is how you damage his wings. Open the airbrake, grab the diecast pipe, and pull the piece that sits on top of the wings, up. Then you can continue like normal.

HE ARRIVED! OH MY GOD! Weak plastic? more like super tight pegs! Seriously I thought I was gonna break him with how tight he is! Oh ya Redemption Squadren has got its UberGeneral!! Oh and to use a phrase by a certain board member, Mr Gets-Stopped-By-American-Cops-Alot is quite sweet! DAMNIT COULD THAT JET BWE ANY MORE IMPOSING? Love his Gundamesque Machine guns over the shoulder!!! Oh and the toon pic on the front of the Instructions? I find it fascinating!

Goki, What does it say in his instructions where it is showing the features? Im mainly interested in the "Push intakes down" part what does it say??

It might be referring to the air intakes that jurt from the shoulders in robot mode. These can actually be tilted forward in robot mode, or down in jet mode (same motion, just different perspective) There is a reason for this as it allows you to swing the two intake mounted side panels around without having to pull them off and put them back on after transformation from jet to robot. I keep mine tilted forward in robot mode. It's one of those transformation features, like lifting the airbrake, that get missed on a lot of instructions.
