You haven't heard? I guess no one in TNI mentioned it, but the reason we don't have E-Scopornok, Jetfire and Preceptor and why wave 2 has been placed on indefinite hold for release here is because when they released Energon here, there was an error with the shipping and not all of wave 1 was released here and what they did release was in very short supply. They say that it will be September when they might release the rest, but it's not looking very likely.

*scratches head* Aren't Starscream and Scorponok part of ave 1.5?

It will get resolved eventually. I think Hasbro are waiting until the summer is over.

Then well probably see more releases.

If u look in the product section of wave 1 comic, there should be:

Skyblast

strongarm

Energon saber mt

battle Ravage

Starsream

Optimus Prime

tidalwave

scorponok

Unicron

hotshot

inferno

ironhide

jetfire

as well as:

rapid run

treadbolt

we'll be lucky to get half of them :tdown :tfsad :tfmad

hasbro uk don't treat us fairly enough. :tfsad

Well their handling of Energon over here could prove be very bad news for UK and Europe TF fans. It might end up meaning that the later waves of Energon won't be released here, just like with RID and Armada when we missed out on the later toys that the US and Japan got. Knowing Hasbro, they'll finish Energon before they release ones like Downshift, Bulkhead, Landmine and the combiner sets in the UK and Europe. Wouldn't surprise me in the least.

I dunno, im starting to think this might be more successful than Armada. Remember that for the most part the toys are sold based on kids seeing them on TV. With no real ads shown apart from on Videos, kids have to rely on the shows to get an interest in the toy. Armada was shown on Sky One, a channel not really watched by little kids anyway, at a very early time in the morning. Cartoon Network's spin off channel, TOONAMI, is now showing Energon every weekend with a 'proper' release (i.e shown EVERY day) on Monday 6th September. Seems to me that a lot of kids are gonna watch this, as toonami caters for 5 to 15+ in terms of cartoons.

Also, is it possible the release may just coincide with the other release dates planned?

EDIT: and prowl 3, we already do have over half of those lol

Not everyone has digital TV and Sky, they should show the TF cartoons on the normal channels as well. ITV once used to show TF, but they replaced that with Power Rangers instead. TF adverts are rare here and when they do show them, they don't show the toy in a very good light. The last Armada advert I saw shown here was back in early May and the kid they had transforming Hot Shot took ages to transform him, so they make even the most basic TF's look like impossible puzzles. That doesn't appeal to kids, kids are drawn by bright colours and a lot of motion, the adverts don't do any of that.
