Tony - Both of the TRU's near me are chock full of £9.99 G1 Starscreams. If you were really desperate to get your mitts on one I'm sure we could sort something out!

Sounds good, trades I can't do unless you're really badly wanting three G2 Powermasters in bad condition, it would take me some time to give you the money for him, but we might be able to work something out. Sounds good to me.

How many ppl have managed to find Omnicons or any Terrorcons apart from Battle Ravage? I found Strongarm and the other omnicon today, but the only terrorcon i ever see is Battle Ravage.

Btw if you want Unicron pop down to TRU because he's only £30!

Everywhere else still has him at £47 unfortunately.

And i managed to nab BTR Optimus today, he's not great but for £5 i thought i might as well. Has anyone else seen the BTRs in UK?

Nope, haven't seen BTR, not that I would buy any, and other than Strongarm, Skyblast and Battle Ravage, I've not seen any other Omnicons in the shops. There's the Energon Saber team, but the mould of them is degrading badly and I never touch them very often because they fall apart too easily. I think the next ones are coming out later this year when they can be bothered to send them to Hasbro UK and Europe for general release. They didn't add them to the first few releases in June and they're taking their sweet time with releasing them here. Energon will probably go the same way as RID and Armada did, a few releases and then stopped before we get the whole line. Wouldn't be surprised.

i saw btr optimus in poundstrecher in cleethorpes while on holiday, but it looked i didn't get it cos it looked crap, ive seen e tidalwave and magnus and ironhide in tru doncaster, and strongarm and skyblast, has anyone seen alt hound according to silverscreen he is out!

hasbro need to work out a release schedule similar to the us, that way we get the chace to get all the toys.

Only chance of them doing that would be if pigs started to fly, they just don't seem to want to make a profit with the UK and Europe. If they did care, they would have a very big profit turnover at the end of each finicinal year.

less actionman more transformers!

Ive only seen alts in Argos and they specify in the catalogue that they only have the Subarus Silvertreak. But if they have Hound then thats something ELSE ive got to buy soon :tfgrin

Energon is doomed like the last two lines it seems, unfortunately. But if Argos is getting alts exlusively, its more likely we will see pretty much all of the line.

Transformers as said isnt taken so seriously over here (did anyone ever look at the Armada comic that came out last year? PROOF that TFs is considered only for little children over here. I wanted to see Dreamwave TF comics reprinted, not UK exlusive one offs Simon Furman wrote on the crapper)

Kids these days aren't as interested in TF's as adults who used to play with them when they were kids are. The US Dreamwave comics are amazing, yet they don't sell them here, while the UK take on TF's is so bad that it's insulting. Kids these days seem to be more insulted in silly card games that make no sense and smashing people's windows in than in TF's.

I know that if I were a parent, I would see if my kids were interested in TF's by letting them play with a few from the collection and seeing if they enjoy them or not, I wouldn't be placing them in front of the TV and ignoring their mental growth needs. TF's are good, fun toys that help with hand/eye coordination and patience. The amount of fun you can have with a TF is a lot more than you can have with card games and you get two toys in one. I know that when I was little, my mum would have switched the TV off, handed me my one TF and pratically pushing me outside to play with it.

Compared to the rest on the toys in this day and age, TF's are a breath of fresh air and are a much needed dose of imagination in a mess of boring and dull ideas.
