I agree, though im sure the troublesome kids you speak of (typical yobs, or 'Kevs' as my fellow teenagers refer to them today) have there own variations across the globe.

When you say card games, its all kiddy trends. I have no idea what the major schooltime trends were in the 80s, though im guessing TFs were amongst them, but in schools today its constantly changing. One minute there playing with overpriced spinning tops with an assortment of unneeded gimmicks and accesories to further increase prices, the next its the latest Pokemon/YuGiOh card game variant.

Japan must be rolling in it from all this.

it's a shame, now im 16 and as far as i know there arn't too many young tf fans and hasbro struggle to find the young market while we the older fans get an alt every 1/2 a year with argos

I thin Hasbro Uk hates us Transfans LOL you can pick up the Dreamwave comics in most comic shops. My collection (if you can call it that LOL) is very lacking and hasbro aint making it any easier for me SO PULL A FINGER OUT MORE G1 RE RELEASE PRIMES PLEASE!!!!

Im into prime variants and hot rod/shot variants i also want Ultra MAgnus Variants too thats my bag as they say LOL

I thought 16 year olds WERE the younger fans?! Im 22, that must make me an antique fan :tdown

I really think we're getting a good deal over here now.

Energon has just kicked off and already we have most of wave 1, not to mention Megs who is like wave 3 or something! Omega Supreme coming soon, and surely wave 2 can't be far away at some shops. Best of all, we have Ultra Magnus's warming shelves, while the US are still moaning that they never found him :D

We have Energon at The Entertainer, Argos, Index, Toys R Us, and I checked the computer at work (Woolies) yesterday and they are ALL on the system, so they'll have them soon for the christmas season.

As Alternators go, we've had Smokescreen and Silverstreak so far. This is great. Okay, Smokey was on his own for ages, but now we have SILVERSTREAK! Do you realise how many Americans still have yet to find him? Downside is, we are only getting cars that are familiar in the UK. ie: they skipped Sideswipe, but we will get Hound. And Meister is confirmed too. Probably means they will skip Tracks and Grimlock though.

Universe = no, but that's no loss to me. Anything else, internet does the trick. I get Takara reissues mostly, and if I do get Hasbro I import them from Hong Kong, coz they're cheaper than TRU would sell them even if we did get them.

PS: Tony! Hows you? Long time no see on TNI. Hope Hoist and Wheeljack are working out okay for you. I saw your pictures and gave Wheeljack a stroke :) Glad he's gone to a home where he is appreciated. I was only inches away from ripping him up and turning him into a Sideswipe homage. If there's ever anything you need help getting then I'll help whenever I can

A up, how's you? Hoist and Wheeljack are great, thanks again, they're currently sitting in the unit waiting to be played with again. Hoist is sitting between Sideways and Sideswipe and Wheeljack is in front of Megatron and Galvatron. Can't stop playing with either of them, I've even had them taking on their respective opponents every once in a while. I'm planning on redoing a TF article of mine once I've reached 100 TF's, I've deleted the old article and all of the pictures because I was almost out of port space in the writing site I had posted it in. The article had hit 4 parts. I'm hoping to do some TF deals with a few people in the next few months if I can afford it.

At current I'm trying to get Energon Ultra Magus and G1 Ultra Magus, wanting to run some comparsion pictures while working on a TF idea I have in my head where the Armada Decepticons find a way into the G1 world and team up with the G1 Decepticons to destroy the Autobots with the use of mini cons. Like for example, G1 Starscream being installed with two powerlinks and being able to use mini cons. It's only in the basic ideas stages though. I've also got some funny TF picture ideas that I'll get to work on soon when I feel better and more up to it. Like one with RID Scourge and Energon Battle Ravage.

Anyway, I'm around in TNI, I just never have much to talk about and when I do, I'm usually ignored, so I keep quiet.

Great, just when i came back form holiday (managed to pick up BRav, and hotshot in greece) icome back to this news. its not fair. i wanted to collect energon proply as i only got half of armada, and , well argos is the only place that sells em all proply.

S'ppose no one has yet but have any of u seen sreamer?

I haven't seen E-Starscream yet, I don't think anyone else has either. I think he was supposed to be released with either wave 1 or wave 2, but the way the releases are being handled, it doesn't look like there's going to be a lot of Energon being released here.

Epicheroes have him penciled in for July/Sept release.

Here's hoping...........

Tony.

What's wrong with the way waves are being handled? To say Energon has just been launched here we've got a great selection
