Grimlock Prototype

Recommended Posts

Well, here you have it...it's a Grimlock prototype. It's not a testshot, so there's no full color, but it's definately a better look at him than we had before.

He's just so damn cool. I mean, look at the underside of the car, almost no sign of a robot in there. And to top it off, the sword locks in place too. I can't wait for this guy. Hasbro needs to keep these things moving, it seems I won't see Tracks until next year at this rate :tfmad

Oh yeah, here's the link :D, courtesy of littleiron from TFW2005 http://www.tfw2005.com/article2387.html

Yes, now thats some good news, BT/ALT. transformers definetely rule the day. I wonder who's going to be next in line for the premium treatment?

Personally i'd like to see mirage, but i really don't know if its going to happen or not. Oh well got enough to collect as is. Thanks a ton for the updates though!

oh yeah, that has to be the best one so far. all of them are great .

that lack of robokibble had to be at ford's request, I bet it will be the best selling alt of them all, mustang owners are kinda like the starwars collectors (no offence) they will buy anything that is an homage to their car

omfg GRIMLOCK gets turned from T-REX to PIMPMOBILE i love it i love it i luv it i do like the energon version of him and now they do this - looks like RID MEGATRON might have to get a new name (i call him GRIMLOCK because of the whole modes = power) ah but it will probably be christmas 2005 before we get him in England tho

Well whaddya know, another Alternator I'll be getting. :clap

Wow, the robot mode looks even more like Grimlock than that first picture showed. He is outstanding! I just hope he gets a few yellow highlights in bot mode, that would make him perfect.

They did a great job on this mold, Takara/Hasbro did a great job on it. I'm so going to get this bad boy. :clap

I love him. The 'Stang as Grimmys alt mode is growing on me more and more, and Im really glad they used those cool mag style wheels instead of some of the more modern (and lame) styles the lesser mustangs will be getting.
