Does Tidal Wave turn into Mirage in the toy or cartoon storyline? In The Dreamwave Energon #26 Mirage says he is Tidal Wave. Someone please explain. I don't own Mirage.

Mirage is TW's reformat form.

Is that in the cartoon, toy specs, or just the comic?

Its going to be across the board.

While trying to kill Wingdagger, Shockblast makes an energon tower fall on Wingdagger and Tidal Wave....Dagger dies, and Tidal Wave is barely alive. Decepticons evacuate him. In the next episode, he attacks with a new body.

Tidalwave is indeed reformatted to Mirage.

But in Superlink it's a bit more clear.

Shockwave is reformatted to Shockfleet.

AHhhhhhhhhhhhh....The magic of spoilers. :wave

All we need now is for the CN to start showing new episodes again and in a better time slot.

BTw do you know if TW/Mirage is going to get his rewvenge on Shockblast for what he did to him?

I hope CN gets a better time slot for Energon, I've missed both marathons. Hopefully, I'll be able to catch the next one in September. All I know right now is the comic continuity, and I prefer to be aware of what's going on in both the comic and the cartoon. Last new episode I saw was when Starscream first started showing up, I just know I'm missing out.

As cool as Mirage is, I really liked Tidal Wave as he was. (Actually, he's my favorite Armada/Energon character period! See avatar.) Plus it would've been cool to kinda get a little sub-faction going w/ Mirage, Tidal Wave, and Sharkticon.

Speaking of CN episodes, have they run anything newer than what was in the last marathon, or are they waiting for another marathon to do that??

Megatron orders Mirage to leave Shockblast alone....but it turns out that Megatron can't stand Shockblast, and was using him to knock a hole in the Energon Shield around Cybertron. In ep 26, Shockblast tries to make a huge dramatic entrance by landing between Megatron and Optimus, who were inside Unicron...but just as he does, a piece of flying debris, heading for the rift, literally *BONKS* him on the head, sound effect and all, sending him into the rift....Later, Megatron allowed him to be captured and chained up, as a way to lure the missing various autobots to one location.
