Actually, gargunkle gets the cookie. Yes, they are from a real Victory Leo. Yes, he was a junker. I kept the head to fit up to an E Omega Supreme(he's exactly the right shade of yellow) and the wings just because they were in good shape. And this is where they wound up! Azure suggested mounting them in reverse, but it didn't work well. This way works best, even though not really movie accurate.

Anyways, I just finished up my no-ice chestplate/facecover. This MAY not be what I stay with, but it's pretty close to what I'm wanting. And it works, rotates up for jet mode, and down for bot mode. And it needs some paint badly, but it's not quite time for that yet. Most importantly, that was the last and most difficult piece of ice to rid him of. Whatcha think?

Give us larger pictures. I hate looking at those thumbnails. It's impossible to see anything.

Bondo? BONDO?! It's Aves Apoxie Sculpt to the rescue man! And I think you'd definatly be able to cover the ice wings up the same why I did. It was so easy it took me 20 minutes or less. Basically you trim the ice as needed and spread the apoxie sculpt on, then smooth it down with water and your fingers. Carve some panel lines if you want. Then you cut out pieces of flat styrene sheeting to glue on top after it's cured for the detail.

Krylon Fusion takes EIGHT DAYS to cure. It'll remain soft and pick up thumbprints/rub until then. On soft PVC plastic like ML figures I reccomend Testors Fantasy series or their regular Acryl series.

If I had a real camera, you'd get real pictures. Best I can do right now, sorry.

HA! I knew the "bondo" comment would catch someones attention! So it WAS you that did the wing molding. I couldn't remember. Oh, and yeah, I'm letting the wings sit for a few more days, just like the can said. I'm kinda sold on the look of these wings now. Took me forever to get the chest part figured out and functional. And I don't exactly love it, but then again, this guy was born fugly, I'm just messing around with him to see what I can accomplish.

Looks rockin so far Rundown! Those wings are starting to grow on me too, sweet.
