Am I the only one who is starting to think

I loved the Spider-Man 2 movie, but seeing 20 different Spider-Man posed from different scenes from the movies for months has been a pain. Took me 2 days and about 10 stores to find a Doc Oct (got 2 of them). They didn't need to make a whole line with 6 Spidys (wave 1) and then all but one in the next. Except for Demolisher I haven't seen anything other then Wave one in months.

I wished every superhero toyline followed the way Marvel Legends and Yamato Batman did. Marvel Legends' only gripe is that they already have two Wolverine variants (I'm not counting Spider-Man and X-Men Classics). Yamato Batman has already featured 5 villains in only two waves of 4 characters each, for a total of eight, plus Robin. Batman only had one variant per wave. DC Direct is also diverse enough, and the various variants of the same character at least use different comic-based costumes from various eras and storylines, so it's pretty excusable.

I was also pretty annoyed that MOTU decided to pump out too many variants and repaints that they were unable to have new figures of other characters such as Randor, Stinkor and Clawful. Whoever made that stupid "disco" Skeletor repaint deserves to be flogged.

The spidy thing is too much. There is only one good spidy figure; the one with the 30 plus articulation and the wall mount base. thats it! that is all you could want in a spidy fig super poseability. Now they need to release the super poseable doc oc and be done with it.

Now about transformers:

Here is a real dumb marketing thing. In the universe line the only wave one toys that you can buy are the ugly car brothers, no beastformers, not one. I wanted silverbolt, snaral, and iguanus and I was told that they were a wave 1 issue and that they are focusing on a newer wave.

REALY?!

well those car brothers are still there and they are wave ones, so what gives?

My other gripe; no arcee to be found.

This is so lame.

hasbro says this stuff is out !

Well Hasbro nothing is out , in fact your distributers in southern california (L.A. to the O.C.) all need to do their jobs and tell the stores to freshen the stock and the pegs with new stuff. Put the overstock on the side for a while.

Hasbro if you want to make money then get on these boards and pay attention to the fans demands.

Read this stuff. It's not hard.

Does Hasbro need it in STEREO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know some one is going to read my post and say; (in a whiny high pitch voice) "hasbro is not catering to the adults they are for the kids"

Well guess what, look at those shelf warmers, theres plenty of them. that means that the KIDS ARE NOT BUYING A DAMN THING!

:pfx Aren't we adults the ones with the money?

Anyway, I was at my local Wal Mart last night and they had Arcee. Since I already have one, I didn't buy it, but it is nice to see that this could possibly be a sign of new stock rolling through, albeit rather slowly.

Also, it's good to know Spidey has villains. I just haven't seen any in the Michigan area.
