Why is it that if the allspark created all transformers, the only ones it created in the film were decepticons? (I.E. Mountain Dew,Escalade, XBOX 360)

According to Robert Orci, it is because the Allspark was used directly, rather than indirectly. The Allspark was meant to revitalize and give life to the planet and then on to its inhabitants, not to directly give life to individual machines.

I didn't know it was so hard to mention that in the movie (or I missed it & will have to see the movie again (damn!) if it was said in the movie).

It was not brought up in the movie unfortunately. Orci said it over on the official movie message boards in the Q&A thread.

Shouldn't need to find the writer on a messege board for a toy movie to make sense.

to me, the movie made sense, but what orci's saying doesn't.

 

the way the movie is played out the allspark only makes decepticons because everything has been reverse engineered from megatron. plausible enough JMO.
