Frag, so there was a good reason to buy supreme C Starscream: you can use parts of it to make a MP Skyfire.

Looks very good :thumb

Can't wait to see how this turns out.

Here's a quick update of my MP-S1 Skyfire / Jetfire

I managed to work on it a little bit. It's finished 90% now

Take a look!

Yes, this little guy is MP Prime! (or Magnus)

I have to improve some smaller things at the moment. Electronics are fully working (a lot of sound and light!) I will show it when it's finished.

"BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL"... that's huge!!!

the only issue i see is proportion. his legs are a little short, or, his upper body is a little long. :tftongue

Jesus..Wow..He's really really big! How much does it weigh? Very nice sculpting on that.

That is plain awesome, I always wished Hasbro would make a cartoon accurate "Skyfire" and not G1 toy-based "Jetfire". On another note, does the leg extend, it looks a bit short on those photos.

Maybe is the angle of the pic, because on the earlier WIP pic the proportion looks right.

And holy cow! That guy can kick BIG asses.

Yes, it's the angle of the pic. I didn't change anything on the proportions from the previous version. As you can see in the first pics of this post the proportions are right.

Maybe it's the jetpack on the back, too. I will have to make it slide up a little bit, too. I think it will look better then.

Weight is about the same as MP Prime..

Hope to finish it soon.

I will show final pics with the Skyfire conversion kit then (with different head, boosters with weapons flipping out and arm armor with light effect)

by no way am i degrading your work, so i hope you don't take this wrong.

look at um, from the top of his waist to the bottom of his feet is almost twice as long as from the top of his waist to the top of his head.

now skyfire, it's at least 1 1/2, which is longer, but clearly short of double. I don't think the thighs need to be long, just the legs/boots need to be extended.

look at it this way, proportionally, the average human man (in comics) is 7 - 8 heads long. 3 from the top of the head to the waist and 4-5 from waist to the bottom of feet.

once again, this is super awesome and i love it! i just see that and think it would improve it to make it longer.

you have to forgive me, as an artist/art teacher, i critique everything and sometimes i like to drink draino. :tflaugh

Time for some changes...I shortened his upper body a little bit and remodeled his waist, it's still not finished, but I like it better than the previous version.

His thighs are also different now. The proportions of the figure are much better now.

Here's a pic (with removed backpack - I have to do some minor transformation changes on it). Enjoy!
