Which G1 Prime?

Cartoon?

Marvel comic?

Dreamwave comic?

 

The are some distinctive differences between the first two versions' personalities, after all...

Jeez... It's good to scrutinize, but keep your pants on! :P G1 Prime's mail always goes to the same place. Be he refrenced by comic, fanfic, cartoon, movie, or "other"; it always applies to the same iconic character despite who's writing, doodling or animating him.

G1 Optimus Prime, of course. The others may have some form of his name, but they are not Optimus Prime.

G1 is the only Optimus Prime to me.

Who is Optimus Prime? ME!

For me, Optimus Prime is G1 Prime. Whenever I read the comics or see a picture I hear Peter Cullen's voice as Optimus Prime. Like in MTMTE episode #2 when he tells Spike about the Autobots, "We're called Autobots. We're from Cybertron, a planet far from Earth." And then, "Those who tried to harm you are called Decepticons. We must stop them befoe they destroy your world." When his eyes light up that is so awesome and noble. Man, it gives me chill bumps.

And they call me creepy. But I do hear Pete's voice when I read the comics and books. Same w/ Frankie.

So there's Energon Prime AND Superlink Prime in there. But no G2 Prime. *snif*

:pfx I mean, it's not as though I haven't liked other Primes, but of course G1 Prime comes to mind as THE Prime. In my TOCHO (Thought Out Completely Honest Opinion), you didn't really need a poll to reach these results.

G1 prime is the ONLY prime I ever considered "Prime." I first saw him at the toy store, and the picture on thae back of the box sent chills down my spine. (You all know the one: the perspective shot of prime, with Starscream shooting at him, and the other transformers in the background, on the back of the g1 boxes.)
