Of course we all know that Scorp and Terrosaur apparantly bit the dust in the first ep of BW season 2. I always wonderd if they really did die. As they both fell into the lava they were about to become Transmetals could this have saved them? we have seen transformers crash into lava before and survive Examples: Galvatron, Cyclonis ( after Galvy has his hissy fit and and knocks him into the lava in Five faces of Darkness) and the sweeps. Oh and can't forget when Quickstrike dumps BW Megs into some in Master Blaster! So what do you all think dead or not?

Did they ever appear again after that?

 

If they did, then they survived. If not, I'd say they were slagged.

 

(despite there being a Transmetal Terrorsaur toy -- which, btw, was a far cooler-looking toy than the original bot. ;))

i think they both survived and that they will be makin a cameo appearnace on Energon!!!!!!!!! :mwahaha

I wish they had survived the toys are sooo cool. I have both Repainted of TM Terrorsaur including the BM Dinobot Repaint.

 

I don't remember that episode though on BW where Terrorsaur died and I watched almost every episode. Of course that was like 4-5 years ago! @_@

it was the ep whear half the energon blew up due to the alian thing and the transmetals came to be basicly as stuff is blowing up lava flows into the pred base and scrop and terrorsor fall in

They fall into the lava in the first five minutes in the first episode of season 2. Then they disappear for the rest of the show. I haven't seen season 3, but I think they pretty much bit the dust. Dead.

Yeah man scorponok was hard core loyal to megatron if he survived he wouldnt have just abandoned his great leader, so yes their slagged dead gone x__X

the G1 TFs you mentioned where a lot larger than BW TFs, so I guess that BW TFs melt a lot faster and bigger ones (especially when upgraded with Unicron Powers) can sustain more damage

 

for Megs its almost similar, he was already a TM when he was dumped in the lava, plus he had G1 Megs's spark in his chest, which might have given him enough power to survive his lava bath
