I honstly dont think ive seen Furious George make a positve critism, he always acts like a douche, anemis your projects are awesome, and get back to working on Metroplex :P

The only logical explanation I can found right now for your reaction is that you and me are in two different dimensions. In mine, Anemis has answered you calmly and nicely and tell you he was working on it and you would be able to judge it when the job is over, and in your dimension, he has simply bitched you. Somehow, Internet breached our realities and managed to connect us both on the same board.

 

That's the only explication for why you give such an answer.

 

The way I read it FG gave some critism, perhaps not totally constructive nor tactful, Anemis responded by basically saying "well how about you trying to make one yourself. Not only make one but a better one". FG's critism was not put nicely but Anemis response wasn't calmly and nicely either (well maybe calm, who knows over the net right? but not nicely). You don't tell someone who is giving critism to go try and make their own. If the only people who can give critism are ones who are master customizers then most everyone here can't give critisms. Having said all that, I think the proportions may look off but it's what you need to deal with in a 3-D model. 2-D art will always have the luxury of mass shifting and proportions changing to make it look best in either modes. Like someone already said, G1 UM had even worse proportions, paritcularly in bot mode. I think this custom looks good.

Anemis was not telling George to do a better job, he was saying he (meaning Anemis) would try to do a better job so that Furious George would like it better while at the same time advising him not to judge too harshly until the finished product was out.

Although, why Anemis would try to accommodate a vitriol spewing ass-monkey like that is beyond me.

I suppose we could chalk this unrestrained flaming (yes, that was flaming boys and girls) up to his being named Furious George and call it a day, but I, like Cliffjumper69, have noticed that George does seem to be a ladies sanitary genital wash in a lot of his posts.

As I said on Transtopia, your proportions are spot on and I'm not sure how anyone can be more Outback or critical about proportion than I am. I wouldn't have mentioned proportions if it didn't look that notably good.

Well, perhaps I misread or misinterpret what anemis means but when he said "just try to do better and we'll talk some more when it's done and transforms" I took as he is telling FG to try to make one and do a better job at it and when FG actually finishes it then they can both talk about proportions and other critisms and such. Anyways, I guess only anemis can clarify what he meant if he wanted to clarify. Otherwise, anemis just keep working on your customizations. Your stuff looks good.

this is the kind of update that i love to show.... 2 days of works !!!

the eyes have been EXTREMLY difficult to do since the power source and the switch are in the head !!! yes mp magnus's head still goes inside !! i cant tell you how many modifications i had to do but it is so worth it !!!!

Nice, but any way to divy up the LED lighting? The single light splits between the two eyelenses and makes it look like it's just a single light inside a hollow head and (even though this IS Magnus we're talking about) it might look even snazzier. :)

well first glimpse of the matrix..... the picture does not capture the great crystal-like structure inside..... but will be breathtaking hen complete !!!
