Hasbro have said it will only be cars for the forseeable future. That's not to say there might not eventually be planes, boats, trains, etc...

I don't know about you guys, but I think a realistic F-22 Raptor Starcream would be badass.

Enegon already sort of did this....but I'm talking a BT/Alts version.

Highly desirable, but there's no way they can keep the 1/24 scale, here's the specs:

F/A-22 Raptor Specifications

Length 62 Feet, 1 inch (18.90 Meters)

Height 16 Feet, 5 inches (5.08 Meters)

Wingspan 44 Feet, 6 inches (13.56 Meters)

1/24 scale

Length 2.58 Ft

Height .66 Ft

Wingspan 1.83 Ft

1/48 scale

Length 1.29 Ft

Height .33 Ft

Wingspan .91 Ft

1/60

Length 1.03 Ft

Height .26 Ft

Wingspan .73 Ft

Assuming the length would correspond to robot height (like G1), a 1/24 Scale would be taller than Fort Max, 1/48 would be around Energon Unicron's size, and

1/60 would be in Jetfire's range. Here its financially feasable for a mass market toy, as well as being close in robot size to the BT/Alt lineup, but if Hasbro wanted to stay in the same scale range, it wouldn't happen, even though a 2.5 foot tall Starscream would be so bad ass!

im happy with just car as its my other hobby. but a harly davidson wreck gar and a kawasaki(sp) ninja arcee would be cool

I wish they would make planes because the cars are already starting to get boring now that Decepticons will be repainted Autobots.

Maybe Masterpiece seekers would fit the bill better, having a better scale to work with.

only commercialized road vehicles.

It's a toyline aimed at car collectors, not right-wing war nazis.

Hi Guys,

Not that this thread hasn't ben covered a few hundred times but I was wondering what sort of direction the line may take in terms of repaints and future directions. I Obviously there's the inevitable repaints to come, possibly trailbreaker, (jeep) prowl, (subaru) wheeljack & starscream (corvette) and sunstreaker (viper). How cool would ti be tho to have a 1:24 optimus in the form of say a nissan / mitsubishi 4x4, which although would be the same scale would be generally larger than other alts / BTs. Opens up repaint potential for magnus and maybe motormaster, with detachable rear cover to clip on as optional armour.

A humvee is the vehicle of choice for Megatron. Also, How about Soundwave as a different 4x4 with a motorbike rack in the rear compartment. (hoist as repaint?)Could then release his cassettes as either one box or several smaller ones in the form of different motorbikes that have alternate modes similar to the originals. (ie. jaguar, vulture, robot) I also personally lke the idea of adapting some kitted out fords for some of the autobots, a yellow Ka for bumblebee, red fiesta for cliffjumper and blue focus for skids. Yet again, the repaint potential is huge.

Just some thoughts guys, what does anyone think about these and other concepts? :thumb

It is a comune assumption (yet not official) that The MP/20th Optimus prime is the Optimus of the Binaltech/alternator serie. And he is at the same scale
