you know, if / when Cybertron gets a toy release, us folks in Europe will probably have to wait for the next Ice Age before they come here!!!

Takara has the power over the plot

And none over the dub, or Hasbro's naming. Deal with it.

Who cares? There will be subs, like WPP is already doing Superlink which is thousand times over better than Energon, and they're planning Micron Legend sometime in the future perhaps, they're just bogged down with Masterforce, Headmasters, and all the other anime they're subbing.

But there WILL be subs. Or at least there had better be.

I have to wonder... is Transformers even relavant anymore? Yes, it's a popular cartoon and toy line and comic book, and makes zillions of dollars every year - - -

but does that matter? The cartoons are just poorly-made Japanese dubs. The toys, with few exceptions, are of a less than stellar quality.

Does it matter what TF: Cybertron is all about? I can tell you this - it's all about the next gimmick of the toy line. Period. The plot of the cartoon will be some out-there explanation oand extrapolation of the new gimmick. I'll bet a buffalo nickel it'll have something to do with Unicron and some kid(s).

Until TF's is high-quality, it is low-quality. While it's low-quality, it's not all that relevant.

there already are subs.... I thinK?

I hope that they wrap up all this Armada, Energon crap and let it go with this intended "3rd Season"...I gave up on all of the cartoons a while ago, so I'm not even sure what's going on. The toys however are another matter and even though I hate the Powerlinking stuff I do like most of the Energon toys.

I really hope it has a lot of G1 Homages and uses good Animation and Writing: like BW/BM good...I don't want it to be a repeat of what's been done before, but Homages are always cool in my book.

I'd like to see a new leader step up to the plate on the Decepticons side atleast. It would be nice to get a new Overlord-Type character, meaning something new and not a Mega/Galvatron rebuild.

:pfx

Just thought of something...

If they say it'll be true "Robots in Disguise" but if it's almost solely about Cybertron and such, what kinda TF's are we gonna get? Ones that turns into Cybertronian buildings and appliances? Or like are we just gonna keep getting Cybertronian vehicles, cause no offense but that's not really true "Robots in Disguise"...kinda makes me wonder what's gonna happen with this.

And I still stand by that there should be a New Decepticon Leader...give Megs/Galva a break dammit!!

we might get a complete serious of scaled down alternator type toys and the cybertron stipulation is just in name alone :tftongue
