Transformers: Heroes to be animated by Gonzo

December 9, 200619 yr

According to TFW:

Some details.

- Animation studio NOT Gonzo ... rather it's Answer and Mook. Whether they're associated with Gonzo, no idea.

- Not "anime"

- Only TF related writer that's even submitted details/info is a guy who did some story editting on Beast Machines (ie: NO BEAST WARS WRITERS)

- Character design ... guy from Teen Titans, Legion of Superheroes, Fosters...

- Director ... did work on Teen Titans, X-Men Evolution

- Cartoon Network is partner in the show, not just the airing network

The overall look is brand new ... like nothing seen before in Transformers. It will not look like the Amarda/Energon/Cybertron trilogy.

Take it as you will.

This part: "- Character design ... guy from ... Fosters" got me thinking about what the new character designs will look like. Here is my prediction for the Seekers:

If that's how they'll look everyone will be lovin' the movie designs in no time. :tflaugh :tflaugh

If it looksanything like Teen Titans and/or Foster's, I have fear for us all...

Ok, I like Foster's. (the beer, that is.) But Teen Titans is just irritating, with it's horrible pseudo-anime spit-takes, especially after seeing how good Justice League could be. I'm liking the X-men Evolution angle, that show rocked. All told, I have no clue what to expect. Nightmare images of smiling cars with humanlike faces torment me.

didn't the person who came up with fosters do the power puff girls?

there's still hope for the series, they won't make the toon so different that it is difficult to make proper representitives in toy form.

i am betting on something more like x-men evolution, this is the kind of thing i am betting hasbro will want for tfs.
