Recommended Posts

Okay...following this hiatus thing Alternators is on...what exactly can we expect here?

Are we getting a full swing of new Alternators after the movie stuff? Are more repaints coming? What?!

I'd really like and info here if you guys and gals know.

Thanks.

They're going to bring the KISS PLAYERS here with some modifications.

It's going to be sold in s only with the figures w/o clothes on.

That's the future.

They'll be called:

Transformers: Having a Fun Time Players

:tflaugh :tflaugh :tflaugh

I honestly don't know what the future of the line is.

If they've cancelled it, it'll make it easier on my wallet what with Classics, Titanium and the movie line coming out, along with the few G.I. Joe Sigma 6 figures that I have.

Well its just on hiatus i think...cause Hasbro expressed interest in Megatron and a few others i cant remember at this time. More than likely we'll see new ones at end of next year when the movie stuff has died down.

Now as for the Titaniums, I know we have a few left like The Fallen, UM, Cheetor and WW Megs which is the later releases. But is the line dead after those or do you think we may get more?

So Far, there are no gaurentees on what's gonna happen. All we know right now is that in the DEC/JAN They are gonna be shipping Ravage and Rumble with Mirage. What's gonna happen after that wave is up in the air.

Maybe if the movie is really good, more Car companies will want to sign on? Right nowthey cant focus on any thing but the movie.

I still need about 5 of the latest but don't really care to spend the $$$ on them. All they do is stand around on the shelf. I "pose" my Cybertron toys on a daily basis but haven't touched the Alts in months.

I'm opposite of you. My Cybertron stuff just sat there while the perfectionist in me kept refining my Alt poses.

I'm thinking after the last few we know are coming that the line will end. That's my hypothesis, anyway.

I hope not but at least we got some real Decepticons to pose with MP Screamer and Megs.

I concur.

While it was my favorite line, I don't think it sold spectacularly well. I think they were a bit too complex for kids and the car model collectors simply weren't intersted.

It's surprising how quickly my interest in Alts/BTs has dropped off. I only have one left now and I'm selling it... and I don't really care either. There's so much stuff available for a G1 nostalgia fix nowadays (and that's the whole reason I bought Alts to begin with) that these aren't really doing anything for me anymore.
