it's in classic type packaging but not part of the classic line, just like the 20th anniversary dvd prime...

When is this set supposed to be in wally worlds by the way?

"Spring" was all Hasbro has revealed, so it could anytime from February to May

IMO Devastator deserves a new six-part toy as he is easily the most popular combiner. Offer him as six deluxes or as a giftset and he will sell. Heck, it was hard enough to piece together Energon Devastator.

I’ll buy this one if I see him but his colors don’t look very different to me. I feel like I’m about to make the Wal*Mart Yellow Landfill mistake again :redface

See prior rant about Devastator whinings the fan do.

okay it may be true

probably is

but man, the Stunticons and Combaticons were sooooo much cooler, like as individuals

I always liked the Combaticons the most of all the combiner teams.

WOO!! YEAH!! :pfx :pfx

The Stunticons as a group and individuals are my favorite overall sub-group, period.

Motormaster was awesome and the other Stunticons all hated him but he still held the group together as a functioning unit! Plus they all hated each other too, yet were compelled to stick together cause they hated the rest of the Decepticons even more so! Menasor is easily my second favorite combiner, right behind Predaking (I dunno why, but something about Predaking has always made me love him).

Now I like Devastator and the Constructicons, but the one thing that always bothered me was that together as a working group the Constructicons were well-oiled and functioned without problems, always getting the job done. Yet, when they combined they were arguing and became a giant walking idiot who couldn't figure out if he should smash something or piss himself. Menasor on the other hand, I can understand him having issues, since he's made up of five guys who hate each other and force themselves to get along, but Devastator...come on! It's like, you take the overall smartest and best skilled group of combiners and they can't combine into a decently-functioning robot. Now I know Devastator is the first combiner, so they'll be problems...but it's like as individuals they get along fine and do the work, but when put together they argue and are idiots.

Decepticon cars, man..... what's not to friggin love

My point was that more "fans" would recognize the lime green and purple than any other combiner. He was in more episodes and the only one in the movie. Too bad he never got inside Unicron's head and combined :schin

My favorite G1 combiner was Bruticus by far but I loved them all. Deluxe Stunticons (with a voyager sized Motormaster) that combined would indeed rock. That could be half of the whole wave and that would be enough for us older fans.

The Autobot side could be fielded by deluxe Protectobots. I think they would sell a lot faster than the Technobots mainly because they are Earth vehicles.
