boy, they're really undermarketing this movie, aren't they? either they're over estimating how iconic tf's are or Michael Bay is really serious about keeping the tf designs underwraps until the movie is released.

Hey, you know people are gonna go to a summer movie called "Transformers". Like how people go to see superhero movies despite knowing or caring 0% about who/what it actually is.

Superman 3 had the promos and it still sucked. Actually the only thing I seem to remember about it (promos) is supposedly how much the Clark Kent actor looked liked C.Reeves Clark Kent and how the score was matched. Hoorghey...

 

As for the Island, I seem to remember (don't know if it was here or not) people were ripping Bay on that too.

 

I know its too much to ask to start seeing some real previews for the this Big Powerglideing Robot movie since we're at almost 8 months until this movie is out. Seriously the last 4 months seemed like a blur to me.

 

Also since this is not a toy movie, I wonder if the movie will be advertised on CN since it will be the kids that start pushing mommy and daddy out the door to see it.

It will be advertised on CN, no question. If it's not, whoever is in charge of marketing should be fired.

 

I expect to see a marketing blitz in June.
