In your own opinion whats the most rubbish TF you have ever bought or owned

Recommended Posts

i hate g2 throttlecon staxx. he doesn't even have a face on his head

on the tf i regret buying the most though, that has to go to g2 super megatron, for a mold that big he should ave as much articulation as the smaller version which is one of my favourites. he can't even move his head and legs for god sake

runamuck -I got the original character from armada - god that mold does suck so bad - I also was not too stoked on the energon dinobots and I really really wanted to be....lol

some of the choices on here are really shocking.....

I am gonna have to think about this - but I would say that runamuck mold is right up there in my all time hates - lol.....

First I'd say the REPAINT of Armada Prime. Now I only paid $20 for it on clearance, so I can't complain that much. It's not that I didn't like the figure, it's that the repaint was so damn cheap compared the original. The plastic is more shotty and brittle feeling, everything is loose, Primes mouthplate is all messed up, it was just a huge disappointment. I like the figure, I like the colors but the quality just sucked ass.

Armada Scavenger. I'll never know how such a useless brick ever made it past the drawing board.

Any incarnation of Armada Sideswipe. Cybertron version isn't quite as horrible though, that doesn't mean he's good though. I can't see how or why such a figure got SOOO many repaints.

There's a lot worse figures than ANYTHING in Energon and Cybertron. Energon I thought was a fun line, others don't see it that way...oh well. But Cybertron was simply a fantastic line. Anyone who doesn't like the classics line should have their heads examined.

I liked energon and classic are sweet for me so far

RID Optimus Prime...

See, that's just wrong. RID Optimus rules.

Well, if it's any consulation, I used the money I got back from refunding RID Optimus Prime to buy a BTR Megatron/Cyclonus set - it came with more pieces and I can put those pieces in any combination I want.

I've never actually owned this guy, but I make such a big deal out of hating him that I feel I should bring him up. In the spirit of G2 Staxx, mentioned previously, we have this guy. This is a Transformer who doesn't even have the poseability to point his weapons forward. His robot mode looks like one of those target tests that cops shoot at. His function is vaguely referred to as "Combat Destruction." What does that even mean? Oh, and his tech specs say that he has to "maintain obsessive RPM levels" or else lose his speed and strength. Finally his "motorcycle mode" looks like something that Calvin would make out of a cardboard box, except he would have done a better job. A friend of mine came close to buying me this figure once JUST to bug me. Because it would have.

But, as far as Transformers I have owned, I'll have to jump on the Armada Sideswipe bandwagon. I don't know what hoodwinked me into buying that disproportionate weirdo.

For me probably Energon Dino 2 pack, and Energon Cliffjumper.

Aside from those 2 I'm for the most part pretty happy with my assortment of A/E/C figures and whatnot. :thumb

The biggest ripoff I've had however would be reissue Prowl. 40 CND for a scout sized TF with some dicast and not even half the articulation. With the exception of a few reissues this really encouraged me to only focus on newer TFs where for a 40 CND TF actually feels worth 40 CND.

From Armada, well I only bought a few, but Wheeljack is for me, rubbish. (I like Thrust, but I get fanwood for Jet-cons)

Energon, Hotshot is the pinical of my collection's worst, along with Prowl and Rodimus, bad impulse buys. Energon Prime is alright, but had I known about GF/Cyber Prime, I wouldn't have bought him. So in hindsight, :tdown

Cybertron, I generally avoided the larger figures (ultras, supremes and voyagers) but the leaders, deluxes and basics have been of a standard I am impressed by, even the flawed Thundercracker (see Thrust for boner induced seeker influencing) But Overide wouldn't have been purchased if she wasn't on sold to me for a mere fraction of her price.

Universe, I missed getting alot of these molds (RiD, BM, BW) and I didn't buy one I didn't like.

Classics, hah, love what I own, and love what I have yet to purchase.

Alternators, nothing do really complain, just there own scale and constant automobiles kinda killed it for me.

I don't have any crap. I even have Action Master Prowl and, while he doesn't transform, he still a nice action figure with a cool motorcycle.

Titanium Megatron. Fell completely apart when opening the package - both arms and one leg off.
