I just wonderd something: after looking at some of the new official picks of jetfire (frome the new data base on TFormers.com) I wonder if that the whole helmet thing is actually a "double head" being, that you turn the head around you get the face look then turn it again you get the helmet look. what if the helmet is not removable or doesn't fold down?

ummm I say it's the lighing...

I'd say you're right. It certainly doesn't look removable. The "helmet" is most likely just the back of Jetfire's head. I'm basing this on the fact that I can still sort of see the antennae when his face is showing.

Doesn't it say removable helmet on the box?

Yeah, I thought i saw removable on the box as well.

From what I've heard the helmet is removeable since it can be placed near the cockpit in Jet mode to give him extra guns with the antenna. It really is kinda hard to tell in the pics I've seen so far though.

Remember, it also said "Removable Hardtop!" on Alt-Sunstreaker's box, though.

GRAIN OF SALT'D

i looked at the face on the front of the box then the helmit pic on TFormers idd say thiers a helit given the size difference

looking at the pictures i'd say it's definitely removeable.

compare with those grey unarmoured pics

I'd say its a separate helmet altogether.
