Don't just blame Hasbro, when Takara(Tomy) is doing just as bad if not WORSE of a milking job.

Anyone know if anything will become of that abrams tank draw up? I've been wonding about that thing for a while. The scale seemed off from the masterpiece series which made me wonder if they'd start doing military alts. dunno.

After 20th OP, RM-01, THS-02, and T!Ts, I'm pretty much Primed out, so I'm going to say zero. I don't care if I ever see another Prime again... other than the movie... and THS-01 which I still want... and the G1 reissue...

i have found NY convoy a much more satisfying purchase than the reissue.

yellow eyes on Prime gives me ultimate nostalgia wood.

Yep, it was something a fan made to show Hasbro what kind of reaction they would get if they made something like it.

Mind you, it was made by a fan that used to work for Hasbro so it looked very professional...and Hasbro played along with it. I hadn't heard of it until Botcon. The guys that made it really went all out, they researched out every little part down to the springs for each wheel's independant suspension.

 

Just cause I was morbidly curious, I asked them how much it would cost to make as a fan product... They said the best way to get this out to people would be a build-it-yourself kit convention exclusive for no less than $400-500. :tftongue

 

 

 

Honestly? That would be awesome. I was drooling over the idea of assembling a TF myself.
