I still cant find these Freaking markers!!!

 

I may have to ask MZ to snag me some or something.

 

But i will do a thourogh shop-around this weekend.

 

Friday morning = Walmart #2, Hobby Shop #2, Hobby Shop #3 has closed, and TRU!

I did find a store online that sells them. I will PM you MZ if i need help.

 

This really does look great! and even if i only do some minimal mods, themarkers and the look will be worth it.

Frickin' sweet Megatron! The best version of Megs I've seen since G1!!

The closest I've come to customs so far is re-painting weapons to show realism.

 

Now all I need today is to go to Wal-Mart and get more acrylic paint markers to complete Optimus Primal's swords.

They had the red-black-white pack already mentioned. These were enamel paints. Then they also had an acrylic pack of black-silver-gold I think. Same price. Not sure if acrylic would apply well to an un-primed Transformer.

I was at Wal-Mart today and happened to see these markers. They had a bunch of them. The 3-pack was $6.

Not sure how the acrylics would work - I have only had experience with the enamel ones.

That's a very nice Energon Mace! where did U get it from??

The mace is from a Mega PVC Megatron that I bought some time ago. This piece comes with the figure as an extra accessory.... but I never used it. After looking through my parts / weapons box I saw it and thought about putting it to good use! :thumb

 

All I did was just drill a small hole in the closed fist assembly... take out the mace, flip the hand around and there you go, back to normal.

 

Looking at this pic again, I wonder if I can store the mace in the forearm while in robot mode (ie: 10th Primal) ... I will have to check when I get back home.
