This Starscream doesn't even need G1 colors. He just needs to have a lighter gray and brighter reds and blues, that's all.

No, G1 colors would be the same exact colors the G1 toy had, blue nosecone and tail fins, which some people would not like on MP Starscream. As a compromise with realism, I think light gray and brighter reds and blues would work well. The colors would stay where they are, but would be closer to G1 without going all the way.
