I'm not too sure if we are going to see "transforming" toys spawning from this movie but as far as designs and the overall style of the movie I am JAZZED JAZZED JAZZED! Damn I was hoping for something with a big movie hollywood appeal and I got what I was looking for. I do hope that the writing for the movie and the acting will go over fantastically because I already can't wait for parts 2 and 3 to hit the big screens. :thumb :thumb :thumb

Okay I still don't get how the aim for "realism" in the alt modes has been achieved. Prime is way too pimp'd out with all the flames (I've never seen a semi-truck as flashy as this one on the highway)

Ironically, I saw a long-nose tractor with very similar flames on the road this morning.

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah......bwah

hahahahahahahahahahahah!!

I did post this on another thread, but can anyone else see that maybe starscream may not have the big bug eyes?

The head design is growing on me, and if it is as I see it, it has a very "military general" look about it.

It would be GREAT if that were Waspinator!

In any case seeing the toys I am REEEEEEEEAAAALLLY JAZZED! I was almost thinking that Hasbro wouldn't make good representations of the movie characters AND give us great transforming toys but I was definately wrong. Love that jet Starscream or whatever he is. Just really awesome and that Blackout I know will be almost everyones favorite.

My only worry now is that we'll get a Power Ranger type movie filled with TRANSFORMERS theme songs with every transformation. I think that Bey will do a good job though. Anyone else think that by TrFo3 we'll see Rodimus Prime?

Edit: Do you havejet mode picts of this jet guy?

Yeah, last week I saw TWO tractor-trailers similiar to Prime's design.

One was Red with Black Flames and the other was Yellow with Red Flames and Blue Stripes.

Doesn't look so 'bug-eyed' now.

He just looks badass, Universe Skywarp has a friend now :tfgrin

Everyone of these, I will want to purchase, Long live the new Breed!

I love G1. However, I can accept change and like new designs too. I love most of the classics line and like the rest of it. Those were great designs.

Um. Ok, call me silly when I say this but...how is liking Classics make you accepting of change and liking new designs? Cause, I hate to break this to you, but while the transformations are different they are essentially G1 in everything but transformation differences to get from one mode to the other.
