$40 may be a bit steep these days. Galvatron was better executed though, if you ask me.

Anywya,s ya its a great looking toy. $40 is cheap because he started at retail up here at $69. I recently picked up an E Galvatron at Zellers for $40. E Megatron is still on the shelves around here in TRUs.

cybertron megs blows. imo he is in no way a megatron. youll like him more if you consider him to be a new leader... not megatron. jmo.

 

as for e megs, id go for it. hes a great mold. but if you want something better, get e galvie. he was deffiently my favorite fig released since bw.

Yeah, it was a TRU exclusive 2-pack with a similarly scaled-down E-Prime. They were about 1/3 smaller than the originals, I'd say. I don't much care for giant Transformers, because they eat up too much shelf space, so I love them.

I like my small E-Megs & my large E-Galvy best, they gives a good "powered-up" feeling between them IMO. I picked up the large E-Megs because it was cheap, I don't think it's great though.

 

I've got an E-Prime(Powerlinx) vs E-Megs(small one) 2-pack here sealed if anyone's after one, keep in mind that it's in the UK though.

armada megs is the best megs mold IMO... the energon one was crap I thought. Cybertron galvatron (who looks like megs) is leaps above that mold... save your money, you'll thank me.

I prefer the BW-era Megatron molds myself, and not a lot before or since, but I agree that E-Megs was one of the best. Much better than Classics Megs, IMO. Even if he doesn't turn into anything remotely recognizable, he still looks like a badass imperial version of G1 Galvatron.

Battle pidgeon E-Megs is well worth buying, I've got his large and deluxe versions. He is articulate, not much, but with a little effort he can be posed quite well. Well worth the money.

I didn't think he was worth $40 when I saw him. Galvatron might have been, but I never saw him.

Try to find Galvatron. Although Megatron was a nice figure and the colors weren't too bad I still think Galvatron was the best incarnation. Either that or wait and find Cybertron Galvatron. Thats the guy I'm looking for now.
