One Thing I'm Surprised No One Ever Retconned

What if the "Minibots" are the missing link between the Micromasters and the full-sized Autobots? In MTMTE, I seem to recall they talked about the "imperfect" procedure, so why hasn't anyone done this before? It might certainly explain why Brawn & Huffer are like 1/3 the size of Optimus and probably as strong/stronger than him.

I am sure that is blasphemy to someone

Brawn was pretty strong.  I can remember on many occasions him taking one of the seekers down barehanded.  Besides he's got that whole little person lower center of gravity thing going for him.  All he had to do was grab 'em by the ankles and whirl 'em around.

I'm pretty sure thats how he did it.

Now when did anybody say Bumblebee was 1/3 Prime's strenght? :wtf

:lol So minibots are some kind of incestual link?

I agree. I swear I've seen him BIGGER than Optimus Prime in the cartoon at least once.

There's NOTHING in MTMTE or any other part of TF lore ANYWHERE that substantiates what you're saying about Minibots.

The Minibots are just smaller than other Autobots - that's it. Remember that Brawn is the physically the second strongest of the first year Autobots second only to Optimus Prime. I always loved that scene in The Ultimate Doom where the Autobots are fleeing and Brawn says, "I'll get the door" as he casually runs through a solid wall! ;D

In the cartoon, Perceptor was frequently portrayed as being fairly physically weak even though he was one of the larger Autobots.

Transformers come in all shapes and sizes - and being bigger doesn't necessarily mean that they're stronger or vice versa. After all, in the world of the Transformers things are often... More Than Meets The Eye!

wow that was ghey :tflaugh

anyway I always thought it was funny how guys like Warpath and Seaspray and even Brawn and Gears transformed into vehicles that were way bigger than Jazz or Bluestreak or Sideswipe etc.

you see, this was back in the 80's before "mass shifting" and other such internet fan-hive retcon gheyness was invented, and you just watched the show and played with the toys and stuff

A simpler time, when transformers had a lot less trouble losing weight and size than most humans! :lol

I love when Brawn picked up Megs Fusion Cannon and blasted it. Then there was the time he lifted Prime in truck mode over a huge gap in he road.
