I'm betting the rerelease of Meister is what's pushed that back.   The 3rd Mustang was the one being rumored to come out next.

I always end up buying some crap fig I never wanted when it was originally released, but has been sitting on the peg in the store since the last line ended (Energon combiner parts, I'm looking at you). Yes, it's a wee bit compulsive, but I compensate by being extremely obsessive about doing it.  And I pop pills.  I can see the music......

There is about 4 WalMarts within 30 mins of me.  They all suck at re-stocking.  At the beginning of a new line they seem to be changing there awful re-stocking ways but then they just go down the Blotter again.

 

My advice, if you have the extra cash, jump into the world of Japan exclusive G1.  You'll be addicted quick.

I just wanna know why all of a sudden, every retailer I visit (multiple Wal-Marts, Targets, TRU's and a couple Big K's) were all doin fairly well with rotating things, now all of a sudden, every one of them has a bazillion Dark Scorponoks that have manifested themselves...one of the TRU's I went to had 13, yes, 13 Dark Scorponoks..and quite a few Supreme Starscreams still...and still at their highest MSRPs as well.

 

Ya know how they have Lego stores in the malls? I wish they had Transformers stores....all TF's, all the time..nothing else. Dammit...maybe if I ever came into a large sum of money, I'd open one...start a franchise maybe.....

 

Then I'd wake up.

That's kind of scary. I certainly can't afford to just complusively buy evert TF I see- I plan my purchases...and even if I could afford that many, I wouldn't feel right doing so.

I'm just not going to eat Ramen for a month so I can have a transformer. Having a hobby and even spending a fair amount on it is okay if you can, but you should still have an air of decency about it. Cash is tighter for me now as I'm trying to saving for a wedding, so I'm waiting until now to collect the Cybertron figs I really want (not  just any and all of them) from ebay or members on the board for less than I would have paid retail. A little patience goes a long way...its especially helps you realize "wow...this toy kind of sucks now that I've been looking at it for a couple of weeks" and conserve your purchases.

indeed, I think there should be a mandatory waiting period like with handguns, to let the "OMFG NEW TOY NEW TOY" emotion drain away a bit. Although if that happened, you wouldn't be able to get bulk A/E/C TFs on mega discount six months after the fact.
