No no, this was Daniel (and Wheelie's) best scene ever:

DEAD!! :D

i hate that comic. you'll never find a more blatant and disgusting example of comic writers whoring themselves out to their readers like a $2.00 Tijuana hooker. i don't like Daniel and Wheelie any more than most fans but completely sacrificing all semblance of quality writing for the sake of giving your readers a mental handjob shows a complete lack of standards among the writers. it's basicly fan-fiction.

that was more than just fanwank, dude. I mean, look at how it affected Arcee.

Besides, they frigging deserved to die. No ifs, ands, or buts. They should have died sooner.

Pfft. that's nothing...

marajade.jpg<--hardcore fan-fappage!

:D

Have to agree with Hornet on that one.

Ok, I did not care much for either of them. But this is clearly an example of a writer wanting to make a name for himself by doing what the fans want: kill Wheelie and Daniel.

If the story was excellent then I would not mind it that much but this comic was obviously written with only one thing in mind.  :tdown

That "writer wanting to make a name for himself" was Bob Forward, ONE OF THE TWO HEAD WRITERS OF BEAST WARS.

Every writer has his lesser moments.

Gene Roddenberry has clearly stated that the only reason for doing the Animated Star Trek show was money.

Definetely not one of his finer moments probably.  :tftongue

I can probably find a few Furman stories that are horrible as well.  :tftongue

Arcee's origin story. I've always hated that and I consider it to be Furman's worse written TF story. Otherwise, the man's a TF story god. :D

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of that comic too....mainly because Daniel and Wheelie were NEVER USEFUL. Or skilled fighters for that matter. That death scene is wayyy above them.

She has a origin story?

Also, I'm really not a fan of the wreckers.  I'm just not.

Got Arcee´s origin story and it is pretty mediocre. The only thing it does is introduce Arcee and not in a really decent way either.
