Why drink and do drugs when at any time you could get run over, blown up by terrorists, stricken by a deadly illness, have a heart attack, be killed by a druggie or a mugger or both or just anything at all.

Have you been watching the ITN news again???

Naw, just obsevering the place where I live.  Fraserburgh, the local town, is already called the drugs captial of the UK and Sandhaven, the village I live in, has a problem with a lot of druggies living here.  So after living here all my life, I've developed a very cynical view to life and accepted that there's many ways to die and it could happen at any time.  Who knows, maybe a terrorist will be bored and bomb the Broch, the nickname for Fraserburgh, bit by bit.  Honestly it wouldn't make a single bit of difference.

The Wife of a colleague is a TransFan. The way i found out was rather hillarious.: I was at his home doing some web work. he had some TFs toys around like Energon Hot Shot and MP Prime. While I was checking how to remove his mouthplate to see his skeletal face, I told her about it and she freaked out! Turned out she's a freak of Optimus Prime, she disliked the idea of him (MP OP) having skeletal teeth, and on top of that, SHE HATES OPTIMUS PRIMAL! :Dc SLAG! Why I am so unlucky getting a girlfriend like that!?  :tfmad  :tfsad

They are certainly out there.  On Ebay ia have sold TFs to several women.  In my limited experience they have been more interested in Minicons, kabayas, and other smaller, more "collectable" items.  They haven't been more mainline completists and the like.

Minority?  I'd say BACKBONE of the fan base.  I have known several lady fan's and its not as hard to come across them as it may seem.

 

Raksah for one, with out her I would not have had my first TF Botcon.  And I believe that it was her first convention exclusive Nightracer that started that trend.
