Somewhat, in my area I have to be careful with liking TF's, some people have a habit of attacking anyone who doesn't do the same as they do.  It would be nice if there were fellow TF fans or even one other TF fan in my area who I could meet and talk to about TF's and do trades with or go on hunts with.  It can get somewhat lonely sometimes when on a TF hunt and actually finding a TF, in my area at least.  Also the competition would be nice.

I have an older uncle (30) who has a passive interest in TFs. His wife has him whooped.  I actually sold him one of my three 20th primes for dirt cheap (I'll probably regret that later, wish I had one for the office).

I have an even older uncle who actively collects Star Wars toys - he almost fits the SW fan mold (a bit nerdy, no GF, still lives at home).

Yet, some of my "normal" friends are Star Wars freaks, who freaking even quote Yoda as good advice!  (roffles)

Unfortunately, I've never met a fellow TRUE transfan.

I'm no Star Wars fan, not much anyway.  The SWTF's are barely alright, the alt modes make up for the weak robot modes.

I don't know anyone in my family line who has an interest in TF's, maybe one of my cousins, but I've not spoken to any of my aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews since 1988.  They don't want to talk to me, so I won't bother talking to them.  It's been that way with the family since 1978.

Very few people have seen the collection and the very few who have seen MP Prime in the collection have been surprised at how good he looks.

I would term myself as a mild collector who lives alone, pays the bills, keeps out of people's way, has mild interest in TF's, low interest in Star Wars, is fond of Star Trek, loves history and reading and keeps himself to himself.  The flat has the TF's in the living room, since that's the biggest room I have, my own personal collection of books, models and such is in the bedroom and the book cupboard.  I've got no real pictures on the walls because the council frowns on having any decoration on the walls that could damage them and everything else is tucked away with the consoles on the floor, one supported by a book and the other two are tucked into an old unit.  Armada Laserbeak on top of the TV because he just looks good there and my two handhelds tucked into the old book case that is currently being used to hold my few DVDs, also an old stereo that is rarely ever used.

So all in all, a mild collector.

I still have my hat my friends made for me, with my other screen name "The Weeter".

Yea it can be fun to meet up, just be careful.

Was it made out of aluminum foil?

Oh Blot  :tflaugh

Its weird when you run into a fellow collector.

A while back my family were getting an alarm system put in. When I got home from work the installer guy was all like "Where did you get the Suburu Transformer?!!?" [in reference to Alt. Smokescreen]
