From Autobase Aichi according to a column in the new July 2006 issue of Hyper Hobby, Transformers KISS Play Convoy will be made entirely out of plastic and no die-cast parts. While on the subject of KISS, Lyrian who voices the character of Melissa on the Japanese Transformers KISS radio drama has received a sample of KISS Convoy + Melissa and has added images to her BLOG and e-Hobby has now also added stock images of the figure including a new close-up shot of Melissa and Surf Board weapon.

so... wtf is a kiss convoy? is this different from the bt release of convoy? if so will he be diecast?

Kiss is the shows name convoy is... well convoy

ps. i think that actress is kinda hot

So the surfboard weapon and the crappy PVC girl will double the price. This sucks. Starting to regret the Takara-Tomy merger.

Aside from MP Starscream, I haven't seen anything that the merger has did that is making TF collecting better.

I really have just about had it with Tomy and their attempts to screw Transfans out of excessive amounts of cash.

So......No plastic and the price is still high.........? Then again, You cant buy GF Starscream for less than $45 not including shipping.  So I blame the stores. Alot of Online stores are selling Alt Prime for $49.99 and then right beside it is posted Ricochet and Rolly for $23.99

but.... the bt will still have diecast right?

but.... the bt will still have diecast right?

Not according to this report If it doesnt have Diecast, it still looks fully painted.

There isn't a BT as such.    Since Tomy priced Kiss Convoy ABOVE the price of a standard BT moat assumed it was diecast based on precident.

Tomy deliberately witheld that information however.

I'm starting to wonder if the trailer on MP04 will even be transformable.

i thought there was a ne post a few weeks ago saying that bt wasnt finished.. or at least there was going to be a bt prime.
