well due to all the great feedback here i think its decided....i will get him if i get a chance.....but im not going outta my way for him....my main reason for wanting him is that i need at least one complete primal for my growing prime collection..... my optimus primal body just doesnt cut it....and if im gonna get one it will be him....as long as he doesnt set me back to much...i cant see spending money on a toy that i dont really want...but i do want ....weird catch 22s......i just wish i had played with one before...or at least seen him in store so i could stare at him for a while

Anyhow, he's a nifty figure.  A large one too.  I'm not too crazy about his "jet" and "car" modes, though, since those almost seem like an afterthought.  His beast and bot modes are pretty nice with lots of chrome all over.  He's definitely a step up from the TM1 Primal figure (which I wasn't all that crazy for), but I still think the original BW Primal (black gorilla) is still the best Optimus Primal ever (any of the BW/Universe/Reborn versions).

i want the nemisis prime paint of that......but yeah i had big convoy before....i liked the mold...but he was one of the ones lost in the fire.... i hear hes pricey tho and i cant really afford to many pricey toys

agree - big convoy is my favorite beast convoy - the rm lio convoy was a good improve to that mold as well - wish they re-tooled the bigger version like that also.......

I got my Nemesis Prime for $33 shipped misb

i dont think he should go for more than that either....but when i had the money he was always 45 bucks or so....plus i dont have an e-bay account cuz it is the evil cestpool for scalpers and stuff....plus id always be broke lol...as if im not usually....thats one of the problems with working for free most of the year lol

Hey I think that if you can find either Optimal or Primal for a good price, then get it. I have both, and I prefer the colors of Primal, but the mold is pretty cool. It may not be the best made TF ever, but it definitely has some great play value to it.

 

Side note: This is the first "big" purchase that I made in TF collecting. I debated for sooooo long whether or not to spend the $30 on Optimal Optimus and I finally caved. It is sad how much times have changed pricewise.
