G1 Prime's Trailer

Says who? It's not like it's official or anything.

...dude... you are trying to argue canonical authenticity over a magazine parody. You need to read a copy of ToyFare magazine some time... it's full of skits like this:

No, "dude." You started that argument. I'm just saying that when you correct someone, you might want to make sure that the correction is something you can prove. You know, like G1 Optimus's cab is red or something similar. BTW, I get Toyfare every month, so there's no need to speculate on that either. It's like I've said before, think before you speak.

As a kid I always assumed Prime remote controlled it with his mind.

He did, well sort of.

Prime, Roller and the trailer were 3 seperate entities, yet all somewhow linked, part of a bigger whole, feeling each other's pain and stuff.

So whilst he wasn't actually controlled, there was a borgesque link that meant the three worked as one.

Which even in the comics got broken down to "Prime controls them".

Ooohhh![/b[] You're talking about the FIRRIB/RIBFIR thing! Yeah yeah, both acronyms are used, I was just messin' with ya. :P

I thought you were talking about the whole Prime's Trailer thing that...yeah anyway.

Well, I remember reading the Animorphs series, and one character explained a concept about where mass goes when they morph into animals smaller than their size (i.e. human->insect).

did it explain where mass came from when they turned into elephants?

I'm not sure.  It might have.  One of the characters was an alien member of the species that developed the morphing technology and the little brother of the dying member who shared the gift with five humans.  One of them asked when two of the humans and the alien were on a recon mission what happened when they became something smaller than their original forms.  I think Ax might have explained where extra mass comes from in the same time.  I think it was like subspace molecules become part of the body and that became part of them officially when they first did it, so that when and if they needed to morph into said creature again, the mass was waiting in subspace for them.

:thumb I have no official stance on Prime's trailer. :P
