VH1 riped Transformers.

I agree with Lord Madhammer. And while Transformers may have been beaten by Barbie, unlike Barbie, Transformers isn't known to contribute to socio-psychological disorders like bulemia, annorexia and Mary Kate.

And Transformers still holds the honour of being the longest continuous running action figure line of all time. Even G.I. Joe and Star Wars have had years where their toys have been out of production, whereas Transformers has been in production for EVERY year of its existence since its debut.

F*ck the hula hoop.

if you ever saw a hot woman do the hula hoop dance, you'd understand why it was given the #1 spot: the men voted with their d*cks. same reason with Barbie.

1. Hula Hoop

ATARI!!!! It beat Nintendo!! I feel sick. Atari never grabbed my attention like Nintendo. Once I played Super Mario Bros., I never wanted to touch my 7800 again.

TMNT beat Transformers at number 33?

Man, glad I started collecting them again. :tfevil

But I will still collect transformers.  The Beast wars 10th, Alternators, and the G1 reissues from takara. :yay

BTW, is there any way the mods will make a TMNT smilie?

In terms of cultural significance, Atari PWNS Nintendo. Personal preference is a different matter.

Which you should all keep in mind BTW

Transformers were ahead of freakin' Tickle Me Elmo. All is right w/ the world.

And the Snoopy Snow Cone Maker PWND, even if it was a hand-me-down from my older cousins...

I just threw out my snoopy snow cone a year ago.  The shredder was rusted, the white plastic was yellow, and the rubber was rotting.

You're forgetting the times when there was ONLY Atari. We were content when we knew nothing of Nintendo. You must be young. :P

Edit: Wait, you're only one year younger than me? :eek

If it wasn't for Atari, there might not have been Nintendo.
